A simple, elegant restaurant with a spectacular open-view kitchen; what impressed me most was the exceptional quality of the food and the attention to detail, both in its presentation and the skillful interplay of flavors. We were treated to a truly remarkable tasting menu, with special mention for the risotto with barley miso, goat's milk robiola, and apricots, rated 10.
The wine list is very Italian and accessible, revealing refined taste and careful selection.

A place where you can breathe the culture of food and wine and quality is certainly at home.
Excellent, experienced service.
The 7-course tasting menu is absolutely balanced and recommended.
For wine, asking for advice is a must, our champagne was sublime.
