We discovered this place thanks to the Lonely Planet guide to Puglia, during our visit to Locorotondo. We immediately felt at ease thanks to the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, who, despite some difficulties during the evening (such as service issues caused by a storm), managed everything with professionalism and attention. The meat dishes were excellent: we chose a mix of grilled pork and beef, truly well prepared.

Lured by the positive reviews, I booked a dinner here. The service is very slow, the food so-so... the bathrooms are clean but a bit cramped and there's no changing table. The tartare I ordered was actually a joke, the bombettes small but good, the pork strips excellent, the tagliata good, the knife-point sausage very very salty, the potatoes good. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't go back.

The bombette and sausage were truly spectacular. We arrived in a bit of a rush and were served quickly. The bombette, cooked four different ways, were fantastic. The wine by the glass was also excellent. The little square where the outdoor tables are located is a bit dark.

The server was super nice and quick. The food was also fantastic. After we wrapped up our fries, the server gave us extra sauce. We'd love to eat there again!

Braceria 140 gradi in Locorotondo has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, simple furnishings that recall the rustic elegance of pubs. The real protagonist? The meat: tender, tasty, cooked to perfection. The selection of platters with cured meats and cheeses is also excellent. Truly wide and well thought out for those who love to share authentic flavors. Perfect for an informal but quality dinner. Locale piccolo, semplice e carinissimo. I ragazzi sono gentili e premurosi. Ci hanno trattato come se ci conoscessimo da tempo. Orecchiette con braciola e tagliata di carne con rucola e parmigiano e contorno di patate TOP!!! per qualità e abbondanza. Poi scoprire che avevamo il giorno di compleanno in comune ci ha fatto fare una bella risata! CONSIGLIATO!!!!

06/09/2025: We went on a Saturday night, for the 10:00 PM shift. Despite the large number of diners, the service was prompt, with no long waits like those usually found in other places. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy, which could be disruptive for those looking for a quiet evening: there were seven of us at the table, and we were forced to raise our voices to understand each other! The food was good; we ordered two portions of fries and two portions of fried pettoline, a plate of porchetta and crostini, seven pizzas, eight sporcamuss, six draft beers, and four bottles of water. I recommend paying more attention to the shape of all the pizzas, as mine turned out to be different from the other six my friends had. Prices were above average, with a €2 surcharge for lactose intolerance. Total bill was €180; neither liquor nor coffee were offered.

The appetizers and fried foods are truly worth a mention: tasty, well-prepared, and perfect to accompany a drink. The service is one of the restaurant's strong points: friendly, always available, and with a smile that puts guests at ease. In short, a young and well-managed place, where attention to detail and the genuineness of the staff make the difference.
