A really good place in Alba. We just sit there every time we're in town... and for far too long. It's simply the place to look, linger, people watch and drink coffee or wine. Yes, it is already “our” place and we do not give this title lightly.

Aperitif with friends. Excellent bottle of Barolo accompanied by a delicious dish. (Yes, Barolo as an aperitif, there are no bubbles that can compete, I say this for those who will be shocked 😉).

Goed gelegen restaurant-wijnbar, maar focus vooral op wijn. Het eten is gewoontjes, maar toch wat te duur voor de kwaliteit.

In occasione della fiera del tartufo io e la mia compagna abbiamo trovato fortunosamente un tavolo all'aperto. Gentile il ragazzo che ci ha seguiti. Un calice di barbera , una battuta di fassona , patate con buccia al forno ed un cheesecake. A parte il dolce che non si avvicinava neppure con la fantasia ad un cheescake, tutto molto valido. Prossima volta punteremo su un dolce tipico.

A fantastic place for wine connoisseurs... and those who are just starting their adventure with the flavors of Piedmont. The service did their best. We were surprised by the amount of free snacks. I highly recommend Villa Sparina🧐

18/08/2024: Ristorante ben referenziato, indicato come il migliore della zona. La gestione sembra familiare, con personale moltiy affabile. Arredamento demodè, anni '70. Menu abbastanza assortito, focalizzato su prodotti locali (in particolare sulla trota, che viene allevata in loco). Abbiamo ordinato tre antipasti, tre primi (a base di funghi), un secondo (trota) e due dessert. Niente vino o bibite. Prezzo totale 97 euro, tutto sommato adeguato alla indiscutibile qualità del cibo. Esame superato
10/08/2024: Ristorante ottimo. Una balla carta con ampia scelta. Da provare tutti i piatti a base di trota, originali e mai banali. Gentilezza del personale. Bellissima sala.
