Highly recommended for the excellent cuisine, the carbonara is delicious and cooked in an excellent way, Mrs. Pamela is an exquisite person and full of values, when we return to Rome we will definitely come back to visit her ☺️

Kind managers, good food, family atmosphere. I stayed at the Boomerang Hotel in Rome for four days and I can say that I ate the best pasta, second courses and starters in the area, thank you.

Place chosen on an evening of arrival in Rome, therefore identified more for its proximity to the Hotel, without major pretensions. Although we had little appetite due to the move, we certainly enjoyed tasting an excellent well-made carbonara in a familiar and welcoming environment. The freshly made tiramisu was also excellent. It will be a half at the next opportunity to taste the production better. Absolutely correct prices. To be recommended.

I was traveling for work and stayed for 2 consecutive evenings. Quiet environment. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and excellent value for money! The location is a bit distant but it's worth it.

24/05/2025: Had a beautiful time here tonight. The food was wonderful, and special mention must go to the desserts - the tiramisu and coconut, lime and banana sorbet were incredible. And also the palate cleanser; shock frozen sugar coated lemon slice - unbelievable! The best restaurant we have visited in Rome, and elsewhere, by far. Thank you Daniel for taking care of us, and ensuring it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting – the kind of place where you can immediately relax and enjoy yourself. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and it’s clear the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. Whether you’re a seafood lover or just trying it out, there’s something on the menu that will impress you. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the service. The staff were wonderful – professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made sure we were well taken care of without being overbearing, striking the perfect balance. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great seafood and a memorable dining experience!

12/05/2025: Everything is closed before the season, except Momar. The food is amazing. The tuna sushi is amazing, but the tuna steak is simply amazingly delicious. I will definitely come back here. The service is great.
04/05/2025: I would like to say that I have discovered an excellent restaurant in Torvaianica, certainly one of the best in the Litoranea today. Refined venue, polite and very professional staff and everyone in uniform, which never happens. Modern and elegant environment, very clean and fragrant, well-arranged tables. The food is of excellent quality, artfully presented with top combinations. Perfect quality and price. I truly discovered a gem in Torvaianica. Congratulations to the owners, you have delighted us with your dishes. We will definitely return more than a few times.
