08/10/2025: It's easy and obvious to give top marks for everything. I entered the restaurant with very high expectations, given the restaurant's reputation. The surprise is that my expectations were completely underestimated. A unique journey into a world of sensations, accompanied by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. The beauty of the complex, the rooms. Above all of this stands and radiates the warm and wonderful attitude of the CEREA family to the attention to the smallest details led by the mother of the family, Mrs. Bruna Cerea, through the chefs Enrico and Roberto who are her sons, and the rest of the family team and all the employees without exception who truly and innocently give you a feeling of warm family hospitality. They are the ones who make us without a doubt return here in the future

Each time, they amaze us with new offerings, sophisticated and refined flavors, and unexpected pairings that captivate those who love culinary innovation. A sensory journey that engages and surprises, accompanied by a simply excellent selection of wines. Il Rudere is much more than a restaurant: it's an experience that leaves its mark, every time. 11/09/2025: We decided to book a dinner reservation for my birthday at this fantastic restaurant, not knowing it and relying solely on the reviews we'd read. What can I say...it was a MAGICAL evening! We tried the "rudere" appetizer and the tuna tartare, which were highly recommended. I've never had tuna this good! The first courses were spectacular, offering an explosion of flavor from the first bite. My compliments to the chef and the waiter, who was super kind and courteous, ready to explain each course he served. Thank you both for a fantastic evening! Prices were average. See you next time!!

03/10/2025: It's undoubtedly the best seafood restaurant in the entire Turin area. When I go to Gufo Nero, I know I won't be disappointed, but what amazes me most is their ability to always surprise me with perfect pairings, created specifically to enhance the flavor of the fresh fish available at that moment. Lobster, amberjack, shrimp, tuna, scallops, razor clams, cod... whatever you eat, it's always a perfect combination of sight, smell, and taste, thanks also to the excellent wine list. At Gufo Nero, you can taste the true flavor of fresh fish, the same as at the best seaside restaurants in southern Italy. Thanks to the owner, Luca, for his immense courtesy and professionalism, and for always striving for the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend it to seafood lovers, and more generally to anyone who wants to make a great impression on friends, colleagues, or clients.

05/11/2025: A 5-star culinary experience, impeccable service from the staff, with the sommelier truly making the difference in the dining room. Dishes are beautifully presented and consistently delicious. The restaurant, with its stone interiors, is truly beautiful, warm, and welcoming. It's a shame the noisy table somewhat detracted from the intimate atmosphere, which would have deserved more discretion. Kudos to both the diners and the staff, who apologized several times, displaying common sense and courtesy. The wine list is very interesting, and the sommelier's recommendation was greatly appreciated. She found a great match, though not an easy one, I must say, for the menu, which is a mix of meat and fish (with the added bonus of the off-menu white truffle). An excellent place, where not only the palate is pampered, from start to finish. A final compliment to the sommelier and staff: the salted caramel dessert (which was sold out) was made up at the last minute and reduced in size, precisely to please the customer. It was a complete success, as I was won over by this and every other gesture, flavor, and detail of this place. They were very, very good, and I'll definitely try it again at the first opportunity.

Noemi guides you on a unique food and wine journey, featuring dishes created by chef Luca. The atmosphere, the dishes made with top-quality ingredients, and the owners' professionalism, combined with their expertise, make every dinner a pure delight.

17/10/2025: This was by far the best dinner we had in our entire 10 days of traveling through Italy. The service was top notch and the food was incredible. Everything was well presented and delicious. Not to mention the beautiful view of the Amalfi coast. It’s a hidden gem nestled among the cliffs. Give this place some Michelin stars! 05/11/2025: For a special occasion, we treated ourselves to a seafood trattoria in Ferrara's historic center. The atmosphere is familiar, atmospheric, and warm. The entrance is unique: the interior is visible before entering, thanks to the large window. The carefully crafted and fragrant dishes did not disappoint! We received a small welcome aperitif with anchovy butter to spread on crostini. A glass of Lugana before starting immediately warmed us up and guided us to the appetizers: a red shrimp tartare with burrata and a colorful octopus with a thousand flavors. We then split a first course of burnt wheat passatelli with fish and lime, worthy of the end of the world, and also a turbot fillet with artichokes and licorice. We couldn't resist and also ordered a small plate of fried food, fragrant and delicious. We finished with a small birthday cake, a delicious millefeuille with flowers, and we blew out the candle—a super birthday!

23/09/2025: A true highlight in Vico del Gargano! The tuna and bacalau were excellently prepared—fresh, aromatic, and simply delicious. The atmosphere and service also make Radici a wonderful place for a special meal at an excellent price-performance ratio.

12/10/2025: A well-maintained location, with original dishes and incredible flavors. Extremely attentive yet discreet service, with very kind and helpful staff. We tried the vegetarian menu and it was a great discovery. Being able to handle top-quality ingredients with such mastery is absolutely worthy of the Michelin star.
