10/03/2024: When we arrive, we get scared and wonder if we are in the right place. We think we are entering a restaurant on Route 66... ​​a few large tables, walls and an indescribable decor from the 60s... a video game cabinet... we imagine a menu of some variations of burgers and hotdogs... Then once seated, everything changes. Smile, a welcome glass of proseco, a rich menu for all tastes... In the meantime, an excellent appetizer, then a symphony of taste. OK it's not a Michelin star... but super good, different... a menu all their own... Thank you chef, we will be happy to come back.

28/04/2024: During a visit to the city of Perugia, on the advice of a local friend we went to have dinner at this place. We didn't have a reservation but they were very kind and let us sit and found us an ad hoc space. The place is small but welcoming. The food is good and with a good choice. I would add some more premium uramaki. . The service didn't convince us much. The last dish arrived 45 minutes after the others but I had to ask because in my opinion they had forgotten it even though the waitress claimed that there was no exact order in which the dishes came out of the kitchen... which in my opinion nonsense. Overall it was a good experience that I recommend for those of us who love sushi. Average prices although I would offer quantity discounts for those who buy many pieces.

10/03/2024: We found this place by chance while browsing the internet during a stay in Città di Castello. We struggled to find the entrance as it is up a staircase leading down from the main street, no illuminated signs or signs indicating the entrance. Once inside we were amazed by the beauty of the place, the beautifully set tables, perfect order, the beautiful window offering a wonderful panoramic view, both the dishes ordered and the service were excellent, the price was normal based on what we ate.
