08/06/2025: This Michelin restaurant was recommended by the owner of our lodging. We arrived in Bari rather late and decided to do ala carte (the preset menu would be my recommendation). We were lucky that they allowed us to come in near to their closing time. We started with Sea bream tartare with guacamole, caviar and herb (highly recommended). Cappellacci with prawn, sheep ricottas and truffle was fresh and flavorful. Risotto with pork and ricotta cheese was good even though was not as special as the Cappellacci. Btw they gave us complementary various apulian pettole and appetizers. This is a must visit when you are in Bari

26/06/2025: Marenuesciu is a restaurant with history and passion, excellent food and attention to detail. We had an exquisite seafood appetizer of 8 small courses, a mix of flavor and traditions. The cavatelli with chickpea cream, clams and shrimps a treat for the palate. Fresh oysters and spaghetti alla chitarra with lobster. All accompanied with a fresh house rosé. Warm and welcoming environment, owners and staff really kind, attentive and helpful. See you next time!

31/05/2025: Recommended and highly rated two years ago, the experience was happily repeated at this completely renovated establishment. The welcome and service were attentive, efficient, and fast. The menu is limited and features mainly seafood-based dishes. The dishes are simple but tasty and well-served with fresh produce. The welcome aperitif with bruschetta is a nice touch to start the meal. The server doesn't push you to eat too much and suggests waiting to order the second course or even sharing some to accommodate the portions served. All in all, it's still a great place to recommend.

31/05/2025: We had a truly wonderful lunch at this restaurant. We had no idea that we would be provided a lovely welcome drink of Prosecco, along with some bruschetta. For a starter, we shared a lobster spaghetti, and then we had tuna steak and swordfish fillet for main course. Followed by a shared desert that was equally delicious. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly!

09/06/2025: Wir haben ein hervorragendes Nachtessen im Restaurant Matisse genosssen. Unser Tisch im idyllischen Garten war top, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam und das Essen war Weltklasse. Wir haben einen feinen Fisch, hergerichtet in Salzkruste, gegessen und dazu einen herrlichen lokalen Weisswein getrunken. Alles war sehr sehr gut und wir werden bestimmt dieses Lokal bei unseren nächsten Süditalien-Ferien wieder besuchen.

Found by chance on an evening in early June, in an alley in Mola di Bari, dining here was a real experience! Ignore the menu and trust the chef, his candor and kindness will win you over. Excellent dishes and exceptional fish, all simple and genuine. Unmissable! Thank you!

29/05/2025: A delicious authentic no nonsense restaurant where hospitality is a top priority. Chef Nino will personally show you the catch of the day that you can choose from. Don't forget to have a 'Ninoncello' after your meal, Nino's delicious own version of limoncello

14/06/2025: Walking through the streets of Brindisi yesterday, we were attracted by the Italian atmosphere of this wonderful restaurant. A very nice gentleman greeted us from the very entrance, quickly arranging a table for us. The service was very friendly, you could feel that they wanted to take care of us :) We asked about the house's specialty, the waiter in response suggested a series of tapas if we gave him a little trust. We accepted the offer. In return, we got a feast of various wonderful flavors. Everything was perfect, as was the service. Thank you, we will come back again.

29/06/2025: Great pizza, central location – with room for service improvement We had two really good pizzas at Il Cuccundeo – well made, tasty, and definitely worth the visit. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Polignano, and the prices are fair for the quality. That said, the service could be improved. At times, 2–3 staff members were chatting among themselves while we were trying to order, which made us feel a bit overlooked. Also, it was quite windy outside, and it would’ve helped if they had secured the tablecloths, as they kept blowing up while we were eating. All in all, we’d still recommend the place – just with a small suggestion for the staff to pay a bit more attention to guests during service

10/06/2025: Clean place in French style very sober, good food, the only flaw in my opinion, I would have cooked the source de cozze a moment longer, and a little salty, for the rest everything very good, the white wine excellent, among the rest we would have taken two glasses, but he brought us a bottle bottom, with the remainder offered. 15/06/2025: Cenamos en Il Diavolocchio Goloso y nos fuimos realmente impresionados. El restaurante tiene un ambiente hermoso, refinado pero acogedor, con un ambiente sharm y chic que equilibra perfectamente el carácter local y el estilo elegante. Los mariscos son increíblemente frescos, en realidad lo llevan a su mesa antes de cocinarlo, lo que es un gran toque y muestra una verdadera atención a la calidad. Los platos están muy bien plateados, visualmente impresionantes y aún mejor para comer: sabores auténticos preparados con habilidad y respeto por los ingredientes. El servicio es atento y cálido, exactamente lo que cabría esperar de un restaurante de este nivel. El camarero era profesional, servicial y discreto, siempre presente sin ser intrusivo. Un lugar que ofrece sabor, presentación y hospitalidad. Muy recomendable para cualquier persona que busque disfrutar de mariscos de alta calidad en un entorno elegante pero lleno de alma.

04/06/2025: Ottimo consiglio datoci dalla Sig.ra Claudia dell’Azienda vitivinicola “Cantele”, ottimo il servizio, ottima la materia prima e la cucina. Il prezzo è congruo con il livello espresso. Da consigliare a chi vuole mangiare del pesce fresco ben lavorato accompagnato degli ottimi vini.
