12/03/2026: I've eaten here several times. Today, after a three-hour business trip, I decided to stop for a quick sandwich, but the cashier wouldn't accept a €200 bill. I don't know what's so strange about it. So, I was left without lunch. Company policies definitely need to be reconsidered. This is the first time I've been unable to pay with cash.

11/03/2026: Bad experience at the Burger King in Silea. I ordered a Double Chicken Crazy Cheese BBQ with grilled fries. The fries arrived freezing cold, so I thought it best to return them and wait for the hot ones. However, I waited almost half an hour for them to be returned, and despite everything, they were cold and five hot fries, probably from the lucky previous order that got them hot... the clerk's response: "We forgot!" -------- The Happy Meal surprise doesn't match the one advertised on TV... my daughter received a little pony from previous promotions. ------- The premises are not very clean, and I would suggest using steps/stools in the bathrooms for the little ones who can't reach the designated detergent dispensers, sinks, and hair dryers. ------ In the children's area, fix the projector lighting for the hard-to-see games... -------- Personal organization needs to be reevaluated.

04/02/2026: I've been eating pizza for many years, and I have to say it's truly delicious. The dough is incredibly easy to digest, and the ingredients are always top-quality. Yesterday I had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday (in a dedicated room) and I was blown away by the paella! What can I say, delicious!! The service is always courteous, the genuine helpfulness and kindness make you feel at home.

01/02/2026: Terrible experience with the self-service checkouts, the employee who instead of teaching how they work allows himself to presumptuously impose himself with rude and arrogant manners, terrible, 19.35 on a Sunday, perhaps since one is trying a new shopping experience, it should be taught with more kindness and courtesy, perhaps change department for the inexperienced young man

13/10/2025: Total disappointment: poorly organized and terrible pizza service We came for the "pizza service," which cost about €19 per person (drinks and cover charge excluded), but it was a truly disappointing experience. Poorly organized from start to finish. In total, only five pizzas arrived at our table: a small and watery Margherita (it tasted like a frozen one), a Marinara, a cooked ham and porcini mushroom pizza, a vegetable pizza with rice mozzarella (not good, and sorry for those lactose intolerant), and a pizza with speck, gorgonzola, and caramelized walnuts, the only decent pizza of the evening. The pizza I most wanted to try, the one with picanha, never arrived: the waitresses literally skipped our table, and after asking for it, they said, "Yes, yes, it's coming," but it never arrived. However, they continued to bring out Margherita pizzas over and over again. In the end, we gave up hope, gave up on the pizza tour, and ordered a coffee: it took 30 minutes to get a waitress, another 10 to get it, and the room was already half empty. The waitresses didn't even know what they were serving; they got the wrong table three times. Spending €35 per person (drinks and everything) for a Margherita, Marinara, and vegetable pizza is a complete rip-off. An evening to forget. I'd been there before and didn't dislike it, but honestly, looking at the price of pizzas these days, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it anymore.

12/10/2025: Terrible pizza experience, the dough was awful and the price was too high for having eaten 4 pizzas with crappy speck, tacolo marinara, raw Margherita and soupy tomato sauce and so on. 35 euros per person was too much, it was really a disgrace, we won't come again, completely disappointed. Extremely slow service.

27/08/2025: An unexpected bar for a unique lunch break. This bar offers classic toasted sandwiches and sandwiches, as well as a variety of salads (with avocado and other unusual ingredients) and some traditional Chinese dishes like Cantonese rice, ravioli, and even hurricane rice. In my opinion, the food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely, especially the terrace.
