03/01/2025: Last time I set foot there: they welcomed us by leaving placemats on the table to distribute to us independently. Not a problem (but certainly not polite). Unspeakable food, significantly worse: cardboard chips, inedible salad, bad sauces. We waited for the children's ice cream for 20 minutes having asked for it 4 times (there were 4 tables in the place, so not a full house). In attempting to request the ice creams they passed by us several times and, trying to call the staff or attract attention, we were deliberately ignored. They (finally) brought the two ice creams together in a bowl and left them on the table without even distributing them. Not a word of courtesy or apology for the unjustified wait. Never again.

31/12/2024: Classic restaurant of the famous chain, we were there before a film and, even without having booked, they quickly found us a table. Friendly and helpful staff.

21/12/2024: Nice shopping center with many shops, unfortunately the Syli bar in front of the supermarket is worth one star at 7pm it starts cleaning without following the customers well but above all, they empty the baskets, do the bill for the order and prepare what has been ordered and paid for in advance , without washing your hands... You understood correctly, after having emptied the baskets they prepare the drinks and serve the chips, only on request without washing their hands. We definitely won't be returning;
