25/08/2024: I don't like writing negative reviews because a bad day can happen. But we have been to this place 4 times, the first time the room was half empty, there were 5 of us, a 40 minute wait. Even the subsequent times the wait was too long compared to the number of people at the tables, I understand the takeaway, but if you are not equipped it is better to avoid the service. The last two times something between the comic and the dramatic happened. Table of 9 both times, my partner orders the club sandwich with pulled pork and both times she is brought a classic club. The first time the dish was changed but brought half an hour later, so she ate alone (which doesn't exist if the mistake is made by the staff you have to fix it as quickly as possible). Last night we return and the same thing happens, since we point it out, the waitress apologizes and tells us that the pulled meat has run out in the meantime, so she takes a cheeseburger (discreet and difficult to digest) which arrives half an hour later (again!). This time, to add insult to injury. Not even a word of apology from the owner who does more than collect money and constantly look like an angry and frustrated person. Zero customer treatment. In my opinion, the sandwich should have been offered since it is the second time this thing has happened and it has been pointed out, even having to eat something unwanted. Don't want to offer the sandwich? You had to at least have a round of bitters! Good rooster but nothing exceptional. Assuming he won't see us again

16/08/2024: We just finished eating two club sandwiches that went well beyond expectations: chicken and pulled pork. Accompanied by a very good white beer of the month! Extremely satisfied, place passed with flying colours. :-)
