27/01/2025: I ate several times in this characteristic place in Champoluc and it was an experience that I recommend: the staff attentive to requests and professional in serving thanks to a few kind words improved the lunch, the quality of the dishes remained high and the food was also excellent quality/price ratio, last but not least the beer served fresh and always paired with the food, a real discovery.
My questions have always received adequate answers from all the people involved in the service with much appreciated advice.

04/02/2025: Terribile service, we came for drinks as 4 and the administrator told us that we are obligated to buy food, as we are 4 people and otherwise we shouldn’t be here, the place is half empty, I am sure that 30euros of profit is better than 0. Will never come here again, staff was nice, but not the old blond administrator.
19/01/2025: We went yesterday for lunch, the staff were very kind and explained everything about the wine and the food, the food was delicious, we had a great time. Fair price-quality. I will happily return.

23/01/2025: We visited the restaurant on Wed. We were looking for a nice and cosy place to eat at the end of the day. The place IS cosy and has its own charm. Very clean.
Was busy, which means the locals appreciate the quality of food that is served in the restaurant.
In relation to food, it was tasty, but pricy.The presentation on the plate was excellent, the portions though were little.
16/01/2025: nice ambience, good food, service could be friendlier and the bill was a bit pricey for what we ate.

17/01/2025: This is the breakfast room of the hotel, a cold environment and clearly used mainly for this purpose. All dishes excellent!
Absolutely unacceptable wine list, terrible selection and exaggerated markups. I cannot accept finding VILLA ANTINORI wine from 10 euros to 60 euros on paper. I understand that it is a 5 star but the quality of the wine needs to be in line, not just the price.
