04/11/2024: The location is beautiful in an area that needs places like this, the dishes are good. I realize that the fixed menu may raise some doubts, but believe me when I tell you that it is worth it, it is not demanding and the courses are well proportioned.
We had dinner with friends last month, booking at the last second, the only thing the owner recommended was punctuality, but then again, how could he blame him, it was a Saturday evening. everything was very good, we particularly appreciated the hot appetizers and the first course (really very tasty). Good selection of wines, we will consider it for future "group" dinners.
30/10/2024: I'm originally from the place and when I go down to San Severo we always stop by the Officina del Gusto, excellent quality food, a very beautiful and evocative location and then we eat like God, compliments to the Chef.

09/12/2024: The only star goes to the chef who, perhaps regardless of his qualities, works in a minestrone without identity of skills like this one. Food kept in standby without any knowledge of hygienic logistics. Practical if you have 10 min / 15 to eat. I spend 40 euros with the discount 😂 for two seconds of fish and side dishes. However, the fish was left almost entirely on the plate because it was clearly frozen industrial fillets... Slices weighing around 40g each and naturally we took three to form a fair weight portion. So we pay 15 euros per portion in a self-service / pizzeria / it's not clear what they do... when with 15 euros I would have eaten a fresh grill elsewhere. X who... should first learn to do the simple flat cost in a place where you have neither comfort nor service.... By the way, the so-called courgettes au gratin were nothing other than the "butts" of courgettes. Which they hadn't managed to slice, cut into small pieces that were impossible to eat with a fork and the roast beef was a fatty carpaccio that tasted like broth with rocket and parmesan, not specified in the phone call, so since I was lactose intolerant, I had to give to dog. 28 euros well spent…. Never a joy

22/10/2024: BAD AND NOT RECOMMENDED!
As usual, on a business trip, I was invited by a client to this place, which is why I didn't leave shortly after entering.
After wandering around trying to find a parking space in the area, a guy comes to the table who wants to make himself nice but he tries in vain to act splendid but it's clear that he's acting and therefore gets the opposite effect. Always with that fake irritating smile on his face he tries to show off a food and wine culture that he doesn't have, at most a very approximate smattering that is equivalent to knowing nothing. But does this do it or is it?
Dark and gloomy place. Unpleasant odors in the environment.
Bathrooms no comment.
Very poor quality of both the raw materials👎 and the less than mediocre preparation and presentation of the dishes👎 You eat better in a canteen.
The wines are of a low standard but offered at exorbitant prices.
In general, the quality/price ratio... I wouldn't go back even if they paid me.
Never again!

16/06/2024: On the terrace, good service and a lot of fun with the football match (European Italy-Albania) outside screen, munipas arguing with the owners, with a motorcyclist...
The food is good
In the end €50 with wine, couple, as always
