12/02/2026: We booked for dinner, intrigued by the good reputation the restaurant has built over the years. Expectations were certainly met, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the courteous, prompt service. The appetizers, made with local ingredients, were very good, while all the pizzas we ordered were excellently made, well-seasoned, and easy to digest. Last but not least, excellent value for money. Just one note: on these winter evenings, it would be nice to have a little more heat in the dining room, given the size of the place. Otherwise, highly recommended. We'll be back!
31/01/2026: We returned to this pizzeria after five years and were thrilled. The quality of the food and service was already excellent, but now it's reached even higher levels. Spectacular pizza with the option of choosing between classic dough with a minimum 48-hour leavening time, a sourdough dough with whole-wheat flours, sourdough starter, and a minimum 72-hour leavening time, or a multigrain dough with a 48-hour leavening time. The choice to emphasize dishes with locally sourced ingredients highlights the owner's meticulous attention to food quality and his love for his homeland. It's a must-try for anyone passing through and a must-try for those who live in the area. TOP! 🍕🍔🍺🐻

20/01/2025: La "gentilissima" (se cosi si può dire) signora Annamaria che stava al reparto cucina, mi ha negato la possibilità di cucinare la pastina di soli 4 minuti al mio bimbo si 1 anno e mezzo; giustificandosi che ha solo un fornello a induzione non lo poteva "occupare" (Rimasto libero per tutto il tempo che abbiamo consumato una baguette). Se fosse stato possibile avrei pagato anche solo il costo della cottura!
Dovremmo rivedere L Empatia e magari immedesimarsi nell'altro dato che si tratta di bambini!

10/01/2025: Se la maleducazione dovesse avere un nome sarebbe quello del dipendente " Paolo " che a mio parere dovrebbe lavorare non a contatto con il pubblico . Ad una bambina con in mano scontrino e caramelle ( pagate da pochi istanti e con solo noi ed altre 2 persone nel bar, quindi difficile confondersi ) ha con modo poco gentile sottolineato di pagare le caramelle prima di consumare ( ripeto pagate 60 secondi prima a lui ) ma il meglio lo ha dato dopo che per la 4/5 volta abbiamo chiesto 2 bicchieri di acqua ( su 4 caffè terribili consumati ) e mi ha " sbattuto" davanti un terzo di bicchiere di acqua borbottando . Morale della favola... se il caffè non era eccezionale sarebbe stato comunque un momento piacevole se non fosse stato accompagnato dalla maleducazione e mancanza di professionalità. NON CONSIGLIATO.
