22/12/2024: Service a little slow and a little poorly organised

17/12/2024: It can happen once, the second time is an indication of no professionalism. A couple of months ago I went to eat at this place, after an hour and a half they had only served one course out of two ordered. At that point we left. I think of a bad evening. This evening I ordered 2 takeaway pizzas, after 50 minutes still nothing, the waiter tells me that they put them in the oven (it takes 3/4 minutes to cook a pizza) after about 15 minutes still nothing. I ask him to give me my money back and I leave. I pointed out to the lady that if we had to wait that long she should have let me know but she didn't give me an answer. It also makes me smile that they didn't even give me the small beer I drank while waiting. Absolutely not necessary but it would have been a welcome gesture. Nothing, professionalism is something else.
