15/02/2025: Yesterday my partner and I went to Sabina & Ema. What can I say other than that we spent a truly special evening. The venue has a unique and refined design, the attentive, precise and very friendly service. Sabina pampered us with her kindness and professionalism. With the choice of dishes we deliberately decided to try both meat and fish ones and WOW💣!! The wonderful thing is that they were ALL PERFECTLY BALANCED in flavor and quantity. You immediately feel that the person cooking knows the ingredients perfectly and takes care of them with respect (truly added value) as well as using the freshest, highest quality products.
