15/02/2025: Yesterday my partner and I went to Sabina & Ema. What can I say except that we spent a truly special evening. The place with a unique and refined design, the attentive, precise and very friendly service. Sabina pampered us with her kindness and professionalism. With the choice of dishes we deliberately decided to try both the meat and fish ones and WOW💣!! The wonderful thing is that they were ALL PERFECTLY BALANCED in flavor and quantity. You can immediately feel that the person cooking knows the ingredients perfectly and takes care of them with respect (truly added value) in addition to using very fresh and quality products.
