This morning, having to go towards Cairate, I stopped here for the first time, I asked for a vegan brioche and a soy macchiato, I sat down in front of the cash register, waiting for the coffee and he immediately gave me the receipt to pay at the electronic cash register €4.70, I thought a bit expensive. So starting from the assumption that I didn't see this rush to make me pay, also because people came in after me and drank and ate without paying and then in Gallarate I always pay after having breakfast. Maybe the braids and the tan... anyway he was making me a latte macchiato, then the other colleague told him that I wanted a caffè macchiato... he told me that he had made me pay for a latte macchiato and that he had to give me back a euro and 20, but he didn't want to give them to me, he wanted me to take something else by force. He passed me off a mignon that I didn't care about being vegan. Many times, being a barista myself, I wonder what unprofessional people, and above all with little kindness, they put behind a bar counter.... for me, a smile is the business card if you want people to come back. I'm replying to luxale, she's ignorant, and then in addition to having offended, she didn't respond to my review, it seemed fair to them not to have had a refund, they could have given me a voucher for a coffee if they wanted, but don't pass me off something I didn't want.
