11/08/2024: The manager literally fights with customers and employees in front of everybody. this person has got no clue about running a business.
now on the actual product they sell: the ice cream is tasteless and running, so soft my partner had most of it going of his tee and another client all on her shoes. the ice cream wafer is of the cheap kind bought at supermarkets. both not recommended considering the whopping price of 3€ for two flavors with cone and 4€ for three flavors. no positive vibes either
09/08/2024: Best ice cream in the area!!! There is a lot of variety for vegans, the cones are also vegan! Ice cream is without eggs (except the cream and eggnog). For me, those who don't eat eggs are essential!
Then the flavors are amazing! Everyone! Compliments! In Lecco it is a must to eat it!

Cucina di altissimo livello, per materie prime, abbinamenti di ingredienti, spezie, erbe, originalità e tipicità delle proposte....comodamente paragonabile ad una cucina stellata.
Accoglienza, servizio e cortesia impeccabili!

28/08/2024: Non è solo un pranzo o una cena raffinata e di qualità, ma è un viaggio sensoriale tra i sapori ed i profumi della antica Persia, dove ogni proposta è un piacere per la vista ed una gioia per il palato e dove ogni assaggio è una scoperta di ingredienti e spezie tra loro abilmente accostati e dosati in perfetta armonia. Lo chef Hooman riesce sempre a sorprendermi. Last, but not least, la gentilezza e cordialità di tutto il personale.

Nice and very clean place.
Excellent choice of sandwiches and various wraps.
Excellent dough for both the piadina and the gourmet sandwich.
Quality raw materials and excellent flavour!
To top it all off, the availability and friendliness of the staff, truly at the top (even with our little dog).
Super approved if you are in the area!

Ho provato la Chellalá con mortadella e pistacchio e ne avrei voluta subito un’altra.
Al di là della scelta del condimento sulla pizza, la qualità delle materie prime è ottima e anche solo una pizza sazia moltissimo.
Ci tengo a sottolineare questo aspetto perché tante pizze della città non mi hanno soddisfatto a pieno anche per questo.
Personale giovane e cordiale, locale all’interno un po’ caldo soprattutto in estate, ma con la possibilità di scegliere i posti all’esterno.
Curioso di provare anche i ristoranti di Olginate e Valmadrera ✌🏼

They always help you and are good, it's just that when my brother got the Smarties ice cream they took it away from him because it seemed like too many. I counted them and it was one. Despite everything, where can you find such a beautiful bar?

18/07/2024: A cozy bar to relax and enjoy a delicious Aperol or Campari spritz away from the hustle and bustle. Located right in the city, somewhat hidden in an inner courtyard. Anyone traveling in Lecco should not miss this.
We have also enjoyed the espresso there several times. Happy to come back 👍

16/07/2024: Very loud place. Fast service. We got "Italian plate" with a bit of everything. It was tasty but the portion could be a little bit bigger. We also go a nice pizza. No coperto (at least i haven't seen it on the check)

We stopped by last week to get 2 cones and, aside from the ice cream, we were amazed at how warm it was inside the shop. It was difficult to endure 5 minutes, just long enough to get the two cones, and I can't imagine how the staff manages to work in these conditions. From an energy efficiency point of view, the place is a real disaster! Three first generation air conditioners turned on without having any effect, with two doors open, an incredible waste of energy!
Nowadays, designing a good product is not enough to attract customers and create trust; customers expect much more, especially from a brand like Grom. Not a positive experience at all. There is much to improve both in terms of workplace safety and energy efficiency.
