Beautiful building. Very good service.
The room allocated for the concert was very well organized.
It was a great experience to join G. and her neighbors for the evening.
29/12/2024: This hotel is said to be the inspiration for building the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Although the structure is classical, the electrical controls in the room are modern and comfortable. The atmosphere among the guests was also good. I was able to sleep comfortably with the night breeze from the lake coming into my room. I would like to eat at the restaurant next time. 07.2023

30/10/2024: A Perfect Spot for an Aperitivo! We popped in for a last-minute aperitivo with our family in late September 2024, and I can’t say enough about the amazing service! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They recommended a delicious share platter (sorry, no photos, but it was delicious), and we enjoyed the biggest cocktails we’ve ever had! My Aperol Spritz was massive, and I could definitely feel the tipsiness setting in.
The ambiance here is relaxed and cozy, making it a unique spot that combines a bar with a lovely selection of local jewelry for sale. highly recommend it!

28/09/2024: the concept of the restaurant was very impressive seeing that everything was hand drawn on both the menu and the artwork displayed all around. it was a really cosy dinner and we throughly enjoyed it. as far as the service goes, everyone was so nice and they were constantly joking around with us. the pasta was warm, tasty, and handmade. our only complaint is that, when we tried to pay the bill separately they said it wasn’t possible and we were quite shocked with the price seeing that the portions weren’t that big. the amount we payed is attached.
15/09/2024: Pasta is amazing! But I’ve tried Tiramisu and multiple places in northern Italy and in Florida, and by far this is the best TIRAMISU EVER

31/10/2024: El servicio increíblemente malo carecía de cualquier cálido sentido de hospitalidad, y la comida era deficiente. Además de la actitud menos importante del personal, me sirvieron un plato frío de pappardelle con ragut. Pregunté cuándo podría llamar la atención del camarero si podría ser un plato caliente de pasta. Supongo que calentaron el mismo plato y volvió algo caliente. ¡Qué demonios! ¿Qué restaurante en Italia hace esto? Sin mencionar que mi cheque era de $95. 00 para mí por nada en realidad. Un almuerzo memorable en Bellagio. Creo que esto se permite debido a los muchos turistas que siguen llegando. Independientemente de cómo sean tratados o servidos, seguirán llegando. ¿Por qué le importaría al personal o al restaurante? Tenga cuidado y decir algo en el momento 0f este tipo de trato de los clientes sucede.
