10/12/2024: On Sunday we booked with friends at the Il Filo di Paglia farmhouse and I must say that it was not an experience that I would repeat, other people in our group were also dissatisfied with the food/price ratio What I must point out is the fact that the wine menu was not brought to us and only decanted verbally, with the result of a mediocre wine and a price I would say medium-high €30,000 per bottle of Barbera... well, but it was It was a quality wine, nothing to say but, as I said, poor The food: those who took the polenta found small bones inside, those who took the cod... exaggeratedly peppery, the pasta was good while the gnocchi had little flavour. The dessert... meh! As a conclusion we spent €60 each. Tablecloths and paper napkins but this did not disturb and the kindness of the service I would say was good! In short, generally not to be repeated! We love having new culinary experiences at farmhouses and restaurants and whether I find quality and service or not, I write reviews and try to do them with honesty and objectivity.
