05/11/2025: The best pizza in Latina. One of the best I've ever eaten in my life, period. Nothing else to add. In fact, I'll just add this: I ordered it online and it arrived lukewarm, as is normal. I ate it about 10 minutes after it arrived because I wasn't in a rush or demanding; otherwise, I'd go to a restaurant. So, it was practically cold, along with the fried food offered by the owner, which I wasn't expecting. And despite this, an absolutely delightful experience. I stand by everything I said above. I can't wait to try it fresh from the oven at the restaurant and meet the pizza chef. Thank you for a pizza like this 🙏🏻❤️

02/11/2025: Wonderful restaurant surrounded by greenery. The attention from Bruno and his entire family is truly enchanting! Everything in this restaurant is delicious, truly exceptional! I highly recommend it to everyone, also excellent for family lunches or celebrations! Thank you always!!

07/09/2025: On the recommendation of friends, we went to try this restaurant. We were greeted by a rude and impolite lady. She gave us the menus and made us order at the same time, annoyed that we didn't already know what to order... without reading it, I think it's difficult. We asked if she could bring us fries after the pizza, and she said a firm no... a child's toy had fallen on the floor, and she rudely and gruffly warned us that she might fall on it. The pizza is good, of course, but I would never, ever go back, also because, in addition to being treated poorly, the bill is excessively high.

14/09/2025: Today I went with my wife to the Osteria il Ciabattino by pure chance, but I must say that it was a wonderful experience, Mr. Vito and his wife Mrs. Fernanda are two very welcoming people, Fernanda is a really good cook who prepares truly excellent dishes with all the products of their land, a very particular and evocative location, fair prices highly recommended.
