Unfortunately on several occasions I have encountered the overwhelming rudeness of the staff including the owner I believe (bald person behind the cash register) who looks at the customers with a contemptuous and nervous look, always annoyed and perhaps annoyed (he almost seems angry towards whoever brings him the money). ......TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS ????. One evening I go to get an ice cream cone to take away and while I'm in line for the cash register OUTSIDE I'm blocked because I had my dog ​​on a leash who couldn't get in and that's fine for goodness sake, but the exaggerated way drew the attention of everyone as if a lion had entered it made me nervous and embarrassed... then when you ask the cone for DOUBLE CREAM it becomes ridiculous, the answer is "NO! I'M ABOVE, I'M BELOW", 😀 incredible the cone is to their liking and even if you tell them that you pay the difference because you like it that way the answer is always the same, we just put a cream on top or bottom...... This story didn't just happen to me also to my family and acquaintances. I think that the lack of competition, or too much money already made allows these people to stay in business with these Wild West ways, rude with arrogance, selling a product that has nothing special, in fact ICE CREAM IS VERY ANONYMOUS, ONE LIKE MANY . A piece of advice: respect customers but first of all people.

So I also got dirty...I went to the bathroom where there was no soap and I was told it was finished. I asked for the one for the dishes because it's unacceptable... the girl at the counter is always courteous. The most serious thing was that the croissant was absolutely not Nutella but just any chocolate cream and this makes me angry because this is scamming people. I didn't have dinner to enjoy the joy of a Nutella croissant and then I'm given any spreadable chocolate. And there are two of us who heard that it wasn't Nutella.... I won't go back but be careful!
