24/08/2025: I've been a customer of yours forever... and they're always fantastic. But tonight I came in and you handed me an unsold sandwich, already in the bag as if it were freshly made and "classic." The bread was all broken and soft (the sandwich wouldn't hold together anymore)... and it was super spicy. I have no problem taking one extra sandwich that's left over, but for €7, let it at least be the one you sell to everyone... Otherwise, at least give me a discount if you want to sell the mistakes. I was disappointed.
