16/12/2025: A tourist spot. Smoked swordfish: they served me the kind I buy in a tray at the supermarket. Pasta cacio e pepe: a cheese broth with pasta floating in it. Crème brûlé: it was very cold and therefore not caramelized on the spot, since if it had been, it would have been lukewarm. A tourist might be happy, but an Italian accustomed to truly good food won't leave this place satisfied.

03/12/2025: A very beautiful and elegant place. Very attentive service, and the waiter who served us was very helpful. The typical Sardinian dishes were very tasty and well-prepared—a truly delightful surprise in the Trentino mountains! Prices were average. If we were to pass through that area again, we would definitely return.

24/12/2025: We had a wonderful family vacation in the days before Christmas. We were impressed by the Fellin family's hospitality and kindness. The room was very spacious, clean, and overlooked a beautiful garden with a playground. The restaurant served a buffet, always offering a wide selection of dishes and always offering seconds. We had a wonderful time, and when we return to Andalo, we will definitely stay here again!

27/11/2025: A questionable experience. We chose this hotel because it had a spa, but upon arrival, we were told there was a fee to use it (€25 for 90 minutes). The room was nice (a suite with wooden furnishings, a kitchenette, and an infrared sauna). Unfortunately, the internet didn't work, and neither did the smart TV (we were told it was due to snow). Furthermore, the heating didn't work, or rather, no matter how much we tried to lower the thermostat, the radiators remained scalding hot. The reception staff even told us they'd turned off the boiler just for us, but we spent the whole night with the window open because it was just too hot. The breakfast was decent, although we would have preferred some traditional local products (jams, speck, and cheeses) rather than pre-packaged options and an international breakfast. We pointed out the inconvenience at checkout, and they didn't even flinch, saying, "Sorry, but it's the room above the boiler."

01/02/2026: Its very strategic location for skiing and cross-country skiing is ideal. We had a great time. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return.

11/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days with our three-year-old daughter and a large group of friends. The hotel isn't exactly luxurious, but I really don't understand the harsh reviews. It offers all the comforts and is commensurate with the price; the rooms are clean and not at all cold (quite the opposite!), and each has an individually adjustable thermostat; the half-board service could be improved, but we were satisfied, and above all, the hotel boasts such professional, helpful, and kind staff that you truly feel at home... and for me, that alone is worth a 5-star rating. We were greeted at reception by Lucy, who immediately took care of making our little girl, exhausted from the trip, feel at ease and arrange for us to stay as best as possible. Aurora pampered us throughout our stay with infinite patience and a constant smile, along with the staff in the dining room and kitchen, who were always available to accommodate our every need (food intolerances, vegetarian requests, etc.). Wraji and his colleagues, with their infinite discretion and kindness, always made sure our rooms were clean and tidy. In short, I highly recommend a place like this to anyone looking to spend a few days in the mountains without breaking the bank! Even just for the people who work there! The hotel needs updating, but keep the staff close!

16/09/2025: This lodge is truly beautiful, both from the outside and inside. It offers tables outside and inside. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, which was good but a bit small. We also had a glass of elderberry syrup, which was a tiny glass (while other lodges provide large glasses, like those for beer, which hold almost half a liter). The staff was friendly but a bit cold. They also didn't have a stamp, which is something other lodges provide, and it's a nice way to take home a souvenir.

04/03/2026: I stayed with my family. The hotel is in a great location for the ski lifts. Public transportation runs practically right in front of the hotel, so we were able to park our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until our departure day. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and even nice! The rooms are clean and tidy. After returning from a day of skiing, we were able to relax in the pool in the basement. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the food is generally good! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we personally intend to return because it's also very good value.

03/03/2026: Excellent three-day experience at this hotel. We only had bed and breakfast, so no dinner. The rooms are spacious, renovated, and super clean. Breakfast is very generous, from sweet to savory, and there's absolutely nothing missing! The only problem is the line at the coffee machine, so I recommend getting a double machine; queuing at 8 a.m. isn't pleasant. I can't review the pool, as I haven't used it. Overall, the property is in good condition. Some areas are still being renovated, and the ski room area definitely needs updating. The hotel is located just steps from the ski bus stop, making it very convenient and quick to get to the Buffaure ski lifts in just 5 minutes. Despite a few drawbacks, such as limited parking, the value for money is good! Recommended!

25/12/2025: This was a terrible experience, the worst dining experience I've ever had in the Dolomites. The staff were extremely rude; they seated the two of us in a corner despite there being plenty of empty seats, and since we didn't have a reservation, they wouldn't let us move to another table without any explanation. I even felt discriminated against. I strongly advise against going there.

25/12/2025: Extremely unfriendly, making me feel thoroughly uncomfortable. The shop assistant's service attitude was profoundly discourteous.
