07/09/2024: 07/09/2024 Chiamiamo alle ore 19:00 per chiedere di consegnare 2 pizze (1 margherita alla pala e una maxi base margherita con salsiccia e funghi) chiedendo se possibile per le 20:00. Ci rispondono che saranno consegnate alle 20:15. Alle 20:25 richiamiamo perché le pizze non sono ancora arrivate e ci rispondono che effettivamente sono in ritardo (abitiamo a 200m). Alle 20:32 ci consegnano le pizze chiedendo il pagamento di €31,50. Faccio presente che deve esserci un errore in quanto la margherita alla pala da listino costa €10,50 e la salsiccia e funghi semolici €18 (da listina la trentina con porcini e grana tanto è riportata). Il ragazzo delle consegne mi riferisce che dovevo dichiarare la Trentina è non avrei pagato l'aggiunta di €2,00. Ora io mi chiedo dove sia il buon senso: 1. Da quando semplici funghi costano più di porcini e grana? 2. Già solo per il ritardo avrebbero potuto prevedere uno sconto anche perché se avessi voluto avrei potuto mandare le pizze indietro. 3. Far pagare aggiunte non veritiere è scorretto. 4. Dov'è la ricevuta fiscale?

14/08/2024: I frequented La Stua in special and beautiful moments, when there was something to celebrate. On one of these occasions I had a disappointment that I didn't expect. For one occasion I booked 4 pastas for celiacs and without nuts the day before, for children who eat them go into anaphylactic shock (obviously I ask the person in charge of the orders to take due care). I'm going to get the pastries that are already packaged. (Excellent work I think to myself, they had already packaged them in the laboratory, avoiding possible contamination). I give the packages directly to my mother who, thanks to her attention, checks the pastries.... and what's underneath!?!?!? (don't believe the words, look with your eyes). I work in the food sector, and I take the liberty of giving you advice, even if it is not requested. If you propose to offer certain services to your customers, make sure you do it WELL and CAREFULLY. Good work

23/08/2024: "Smart" pizzeria, in the central area of ​​Mezzolombardo, with basic services (only paper placemat without tablecloths). Decent pizza, fine dough. Quick and courteous service. Average prices.

18/09/2024: Quiet place, not too crowded, very friendly and nice staff. The preparation time is very short and the food is delicious. Advised.

25/07/2024: Stopped by chance between a train and the bus to Fai...excellent little bar in the station but the term I use is absolutely not a diminutive. Lots of choice, excellent veg sandwich! Fair prices!

28/09/2024: Unfortunately I don't have good news, we entered at 7.30pm and at 9.20pm we had not yet received our pizzas. Then from the point of view of goodness, they were good, apart from mine for which there was no pasta. As a first experience it was not very pleasant. Then when it was time to pay, near the cash register the pizza chef threw a fit, you can't do it in front of everyone. An evening gone wrong can happen but we honestly feel very sorry for the poor waitresses, who collect everyone's complaints.

28/08/2024: Really good chocolate croissant and the toasts are a delight. The staff were very kind and very professional. Too bad about the cappuccino. The perfect milk cream. Unfortunately the cappuccino coffee has a strong burnt taste. However a place to recommend.
