05/01/2026: A refined, elegant location with a spectacular view of the valley (definitely more so at lunchtime). The menu is sophisticated and top-quality! Commitment and passion shine through! The staff are professional, but they could use some work on their hospitality.
26/12/2025: Everything was excellent: both the food and the service (and the venue is elegant but not gaudy).
We ate traditional Trentino dishes revisited with a modern twist, yet faithful to the original spirit. The "new" pairings were excellent, the dishes were adequate, and the dessert was exquisite.
All the staff were extremely kind, cheerful, and attentive.
It was just a shame it was evening; given the location, it would have been nice to eat with a view.

Lunch-break atmosphere and off you go.
Quick service, full business menu for €17, slightly higher than average.
The food was quite good and in a short time.

10/12/2025: Excellent service considering how busy they are. The food is average, but a pre-cooked industrial brioche costs €2.50, €3.70, and 750ml of water... Among the most expensive service station restaurants I've ever seen. The toast was shameful: transparent slices of ham and half a slice of cheese...for the price of a first course at a restaurant.
08/12/2025: I was passing by at 11:00 PM. There was only one person on duty for a very large establishment.
Coffee not up to par.
A drop of water (a tiny glass), where no one is denied, and free, in all of Italy; here you had to pay.
A long wait.

30/12/2025: They were extremely slow in bringing the food. We were inside for over two hours. The wait was really too long.
The sushi overall was good, although the rice was a bit hard. Some fried foods were too greasy, others very delicious. The grilled ravioli were too oily.
