16/01/2026: The pizzas were good, large, but not large enough to justify the exorbitant prices. Compared to other pizzerias, I didn't notice anything better, in fact, rather less. The staff was unfriendly, rushed, and poorly trained in customer service. Deeply disappointed.

15/01/2026: Update 2026 Unfortunately, I wanted to share a negative note about the owner's customer service. When we were taking orders, several dishes we wanted were missing, including the pizza flour and, especially, the bread... Furthermore, the bacon was truly minimal... never happened in years... So, since you charge a cover charge of 1.80, you could have handled the matter with a little consideration and not as if it were normal for you. From the customer's perspective, it wasn't pleasant. 2024 Friendly and helpful welcome. Excellent selection of ingredients. Typical Trentino menu with a wide selection, even for those who don't eat meat or fish. Spectacular pizzas with a variety of doughs. Never disappoints.

07/01/2026: I've only eaten outside for takeout, and everything was excellent and fast. The price was pretty average. There were a few tables missing, but you have to admit it was quite crowded. The restaurant inside was a bit chaotic.

06/09/2025: My partner and I (along with our newborn) had dinner this evening at this restaurant and pizzeria. We really enjoyed it. The place is very quaint and charming. The dishes are traditional and well-portioned. The service is very fast. The price is fair.

30/12/2025: I went from December 24th to 28th, 2025, with my family. I received a wonderful welcome from Giusy, who was fantastic, and her husband, Osvaldo. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff was excellent, not to mention the chef, Emilio, whose food was excellent, 5-star. I recommend you go for your next vacation; I'll personally be back in the spring. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff.

14/09/2025: Comfortable room, very clean, great breakfast and dinner. The managers and their staff went above and beyond to give me recommendations, discount and make me feel welcome and well-attended. If I ever come back to Fai, I’m most definitely going to stay here again. Thanks for everything!
