10/06/2026: The best restaurant in Italy I've ever experienced. Everything is perfect: the setting with its breathtaking view, the elegant interior, and the farm animals right next door. The tasting menu is intriguing; as soon as you sit down, the starter—or rather, the aperitif—is served. This is followed by three starters to share and three meat dishes to share. The service is quick and exceptional, and each dish is explained. There's no set menu, but everything is excellent and locally sourced. A single tasting menu for €22 offers exceptional value.
