The service was very friendly and attentive; you feel instantly welcome. Definitely worth a visit, we'll be back!

11/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week's skiing. We were treated excellently. The owners are extremely kind, Cristian gave us lots of helpful tips and directions. The food is excellent and there's a wide variety of choices. The room was very spacious and clean.

22/10/2025: We were there for the Törggelen (traditional German festival) – simply fantastic! Great food, a fantastic atmosphere, and super friendly people. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
20/10/2025: Highly recommended. We had a Törggelen celebration at the Trinnerhof on Sunday with 40-45 people, who had plenty of room (not to be taken for granted).
The food was wonderful; as a vegetarian, you get excellent starters that can be combined very flexibly with a main course (also not to be taken for granted, such a wide selection). I can especially recommend the potato dumplings with pumpkin filling; the filling was excellent, very creamy, and fresh.
The people there are very friendly, relaxed and accommodating despite being very busy, and, as described, very flexible.
We've already made new reservations for next year and would love to come back!

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the property: from the common areas to the rooms, everything is neat and meticulously maintained. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease.
The owner deserves special mention: kind, helpful, and friendly. His discreet yet attentive presence contributes significantly to creating a pleasant atmosphere, where you can experience authentic South Tyrolean hospitality.
Our stay at Gasthof Paul exceeded all expectations: cleanliness, comfort, professionalism, and friendliness combine perfectly, making this property an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy a few relaxing days in the Isarco Valley.
A place we recommend without hesitation and will gladly return to!

10/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel with my family. Given the price paid for one night with breakfast (paid separately since it wasn't included), I would have expected more comfortable and modern rooms and a rich and varied breakfast. I also had dinner at the restaurant/pizzeria, which was good quality and the beer they produce on-site was excellent.

06/11/2025: Food was very good. Staff were well-organized, very friendly and attentive.
10/10/2025: We arrived here by chance in our RV because Brixen was completely full of parked cars. They allowed us to park our vehicle in the courtyard and stay there even after we'd had a coffee and eaten a truly delicious buchetta. We wanted to do some shopping and take a short hike. A nice gesture that certainly reflects the hotel's philosophy.

03/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pasto veloce, abbiamo optato per dei panini: delizioso, lanz. Io ho scelto il delizioso con speck, formaggio, pomodoro e senape con miele e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Abbiamo preso poi una fetta di strudel, un po' cara, ma una grossa fetta. Il costo dei panini varia dai 5 ai 7 € circa. Lo consiglio per una pausa veloce. Ci sono posti a sedere sia fuori che dentro ed è possibile acquistare anche prodotti locali.

05/12/2023: Sosta per pausa lavoro, ambiente pulito e piacevole al primo impatto, insalata mista con grande possibilità di scelta, poi gulasch con riso pilaf veramente buono la carne si scioglieva in bocca e si tagliava con la sola forchetta, acqua minerale e bibita al tavolo, il tutto €.14. Servizio rapido e molto cortese. Bravissimi e complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff in particolare al cuoco e alla cucina tutta...alla prossima!
