15/09/2025: Everything was perfect. The new apartments are fantastic and leave nothing to be desired. The food and service at the Hofschank are also excellent. We'd love to come back.
11/09/2025: We booked for dinner (I recommend it). The service was fast and the food was excellent at a fair price. I didn't stay, so I can't give it 5 stars.
Gluten-free options need to be implemented.

A super-friendly host family. Clean and well-sized rooms. They do everything a guest's heart desires. Bressanone is easily accessible – the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Hiking and excursion options are fantastic.
The breakfast is excellent – especially the freshly made eggs. The half-board meals were also consistently delicious, always with vegetarian options. We would love to come back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

07/09/2025: Grab hamburgers, Pizzas or try the Salad Bar at this HighWay Restaurant/Bar. Big Selection of Craft Beers and a long Pizza Menu.
The Service was inconsistent: the waiter was great, but the waitress was edgy..
07/09/2025: We ask for water... it never arrives, we order tagliatelle with vegetable ragù and they present us with tagliatelle in water with roughly chopped vegetables... not ragù at all.

04/05/2025: Beste Vollkorn-Pizza seit langem! Ganz Klarer Geheimtipp, wenn auch nicht mehr ganz so geheim. Neben Pizza ist auch die selbstgefangene Forelle ein Traum, vorbestellen nicht vergessen! Wir waren schon oft hier und werden immer wieder einkehren.
26/03/2025: Hier gefunden.
Sehr herzliches Personal, ausgezeichnete Küche (auch saisonale) mit frischen Produkten. Die Pizza‘s sind Monstergross, gut gefüllt und hervorragend. Sogar Vollkornteig wird angeboten.
Hierher kommen wir wieder!

03/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pasto veloce, abbiamo optato per dei panini: delizioso, lanz. Io ho scelto il delizioso con speck, formaggio, pomodoro e senape con miele e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Abbiamo preso poi una fetta di strudel, un po' cara, ma una grossa fetta. Il costo dei panini varia dai 5 ai 7 € circa. Lo consiglio per una pausa veloce. Ci sono posti a sedere sia fuori che dentro ed è possibile acquistare anche prodotti locali.

05/12/2023: Sosta per pausa lavoro, ambiente pulito e piacevole al primo impatto, insalata mista con grande possibilità di scelta, poi gulasch con riso pilaf veramente buono la carne si scioglieva in bocca e si tagliava con la sola forchetta, acqua minerale e bibita al tavolo, il tutto €.14. Servizio rapido e molto cortese. Bravissimi e complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff in particolare al cuoco e alla cucina tutta...alla prossima!
