07/02/2025: Having recently moved to Vaiano, I went to this pizzeria on the recommendation of some acquaintances. Giulia served me, and she graciously welcomed me with recommendations for pizzas, and I must say her suggestions were well received. The pizza is truly exceptional, with many varieties, but what I was most pleased with was how easy it was to digest. Definitely a must-try when you're craving a top-notch pizza. Congratulations, and see you next time.

24/07/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant, good service, serves very particular dishes (such as charcoal pizza) in addition to the traditional ones, good fish starter and good wine, has a very pleasant small outdoor terrace and a nice and particular interior, a place suitable for everyone. Easily accessible from the lawn
11/07/2025: The perfect setting when you're looking for some relief from the summer heat, with a lovely terrace overlooking the valley. The interior is very charming and well-appointed. The menu offers a limited number of dishes, but all are unique, carefully presented, and delicious. And above all, they're reasonably priced. A nice wine list with unique and unusual labels. The desserts are also very good.
A special mention for the fried flowers we ordered as a pre-starter before ordering the rest is that they were delivered within minutes: they were incredibly light and not at all greasy. You could have eaten a whole load of them. Then we had celery meatballs and tartare, and for the second course, fried Dell'Aia, Chianti tuna, duck gnocchi, and wild boar macaroni. To finish, baked pears with mascarpone and torta della nonna. Coffee, grappa, and vermouth, and two
bottles of wine, the first of which was a truly remarkable Verdicchio Riserva, paired with everything. Cost: €50.
Excellent value.

06/07/2025: Nice and cool place, pizzas are ranked but good, friendly personal service, but arm yourself with patience to have 4 pizzas it took 2 hours and 15 minutes, by the way mine wasn't the one I asked for, but with the hunger I was I kept it 😅 I'm sorry but I don't know if I'll go back.

30/06/2024: Nuova gestione, dietro sorrisi e gentilezza si nasconde la fregatura, sono passato a merenda con mio figlio, schiacciata che sembrava una piadina unta piena d'olio.. e mortadella dal sapore non buono. Ho pagato una schiacciata, una lattina di estathe e un caffè, 13 euro e 50 centesimi. Delusione per il cibo e per il prezzo. Au revoire madame et monsieur, a mai piu'.

19/08/2023: Posto rustico in aperta campagna, adatto se si desidera mangiare una pizza, di buona qualità nella media, per il resto lascerei perdere, crostini anonimi e tiramisù di produzione chiaramente industriale, il conto anche qualche euro sopra la media per quanto proposto.
13/08/2023: Contesto piacevole immerso nella natura, per quanto lasciato piuttosto selvaggio. Arredo come da circolo ricreativo dove abbonda la plastica.
Coccoli stracchino e crudo buono. Pasta zucchine e mandorle e pasta ai porcini nella media. Patate fritte congelate.

06/01/2024: Pranzo tra amici... da tempo di parlava di venire a mangiare qui... Tutto sommato una cucina buona, buona la bistecca di Calvanina, il resto fatto bene non meglio né peggio di altri ristoranti in zona... unica PECCA non di poco conto... il vetro nel tiramisù...
Non sono stato a chiedere se si loro produzione (grave non buttare una porzione "salvandola" levando del vetro, ma non tutto) o se fornito da ditta esterna... Fatto sta che nella parte superiore, complice la presenza di chicchi di caffè alla masticazione non sono stati rilevati problemi, alla prima cucchiaiata sottostante, crick, crick, sarà del sale grosso finito per sbaglio, NO, vetro... Quel boccone non è stato ingerito ma sputato, e guardando il dolce si nota una evidente scheggiatura del contenitore... Vetro ingerito, non lo so e spero di no... L'addetto di sala, evidentemente mortificato, si è profuso nelle dovute scuse, sostituendo il dolce...
Il conto pagato a pieno ... nessuna pretesa, ma la ritengo una mancanza di garbo... Nonostante ciò nessun Avvocato e nessuna USL verranno allertati... ma sicuramente mi sento di DOVER sottolineare una pecca (sicuramente più unica che rara) ma non di poco conto...
La cosa allarmante è che la ciotolina in vetro non è stata scartata una volta rotta, ma il dolce è stato "ripulito" ultimato e servito... GRAVE
