22/04/2025: The hotel is located high. The panorama is very nice. We arrived on Easter. Thanks to this, the room was warm. The hotel was 100% occupied. Breakfast: crackers, naps, yogurt, croissants. Not for Poles.
Clean, we were welcomed nicely.
But we are sad that when the Italians left, the room heating stopped, zero wifi.
There is an interesting mini town nearby, worth a walk.
Downstairs there is a pizzeria and you can go for a beer.
You can order food at this hotel.

13/04/2025: We were in Prato for a weekend and were lucky enough to find a place at La Cova.
Maybe it's because the tapas are perfect for me in terms of quantity but they were delicious! And then it may be that the girls are almost all my namesakes but they were really friendly, affable and very fast in service.
Ah, maybe I'm crazy about sangria but 1l went down in an instant! 😂
If I ever return to Prato, I will stay here again.
PS: they don't take reservations and there is a queue, so if you don't have patience I recommend you go early!
27/03/2025: Spanish tapis bar in an intimate and informal atmosphere. Good food. The waitress killed me laughing! Really nice!!

Piatti che coniugano la cucina toscana rielaborata con accenti portoghesi.
Sempre pieno da prenotare con grande anticipo soprattutto nei periodi più affollati!
02/03/2025: Abbiamo assaggiato acciughe ripene e cacciucco di ottima qualità con un servizio gentile e puntuale, concluso con un attimo Porto.

06/04/2025: I wouldn't go back. We were there for dinner. The quality of the food was not sufficient for the price. The waiter was very kind and worked very hard. The proposed wine, both house wine in bottles and the only one available, a Chianti, are not acceptable. Passable sangria.
23/02/2025: Unfortunately we stumbled upon a "birthday evening". The place was so noisy that it was impossible to have a conversation at the table. Could sound-absorbing panels be worth evaluating? For the rest, the paella we were looking forward to, did not live up to expectations. The fish version is dry and rather tasteless, while the meat version is anaemic. Unfortunately, not even the sangria is saved much. Good crème brulé. Too bad about everything else, because the place is nice.

Titolari come sempre molto simpatici,che bello vedere certe attività funzionanti ancora dopo decenni!

02/05/2025: Bel posto e ben tenuto, pessimo il cibo: bassa qualità, porzioni scarse e molto caro per quello che offre. Taglieri di affettati con crostini che abbiamo dovuto dividere perchè non bastavano per tutti e fette di formaggio molto fini come un ostia.
Carne mista alla brace rosticciana, rigatino, salsiccia troppo cotta mentre il pollo era completamente freddo, probabilmente cotto molto prima, e crudo all'interno, immangiabile. Per quanto riguarda il dolce, la panna cotta sapeva di latte bruciato, per finire il conto veramente troppo esagerato.

21/09/2024: Location caratteristica in stile spagnolo con prodotti tipici della penisola Iberica. Cenato all'evento Paella cucinata sul momento davanti ai commensali. Squisita. Staff cordiale e molto competente
20/09/2024: Finalmente siamo riusciti a prenotare per la serata Paella....buonissima! Le tapas sempre una garanzia. Tutto accompagnato da musica dal vivo spagnola...bella serata!

10/02/2025: Très bon restaurant. Nous y sommes allés deux fois à l’occasion d’un séjour à Florence: une fois pour prendre l’apéritif et une seconde fois pour y déjeuner.
Concernant la charcuterie et la viande, nous avons rarement goûté des pièces d’une telle qualité. Le vin est également très correct et le service satisfaisant.
Je vous recommande cette adresse.
