25/08/2025: Nice place, fast service. I'm vegan and went here because I saw they had a few small options (even though the menu clearly states which dish is vegetarian, not vegan). I had the hummus with cherry tomatoes, olives, and capers: a generous portion, perhaps better shared between at least two people, truly excellent preparation. Then I had the eggplant with teriyaki sauce: very soft and flavorful. Conclusion: they really know how to cook; it would be nice if there were more vegan options on the menu.

11/06/2025: I don't like to ruin the averages for my perceptions, so I put 4 stars but I would have given a passing grade (3) stars. The food, I love paella and I go to many Spanish restaurants, this one was good enough, but I have found many better ones elsewhere, some fantastic. Excellent garlic and oil, really good. Fiuggi water another excellence never seen elsewhere, chapeau! (With a bow). I didn't like the Sangria that much, also how it was served, a glass each, I'm used to jugs that we probably pay less for and are more abundant. The price is a bit high.
20/04/2025: Un vero ristorante spagnolo che consente di apprezzare atmosfera, cibi e vini di quella terra. Ottime materie prime trattate con maestria e soprattutto con passione. La passione del proprietario è la leva che fa la differenza. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio attento, amichevole e nel contempo rispettoso. Esci dal locala con la voglia di ritornarci per sperimentare ancora l’offerta del menu e della cantina. Infatti ci torneremo.
