12/02/2026: SUPER for someone who has to eat gluten-free 👍🏻🙂🙂 All the wood-fired pizzas are also available gluten-free. Pasta dishes are also possible, and even the squid is prepared in a way that I could enjoy gluten-free. Everything is delicious!! We'll definitely be back more often 💚👍🏻 Oh, and please don't forget: Italian cuisine is more than just pizza and pasta 😉 very tasty!!
19/01/2026: A lovely little restaurant in the town center with a lovely terrace.
We ate octopus bruschetta, orziada fritters, sea anemones, and sea bass with mussels.
Everything was delicious, well-cooked, and flavorful. Good portions. Prices are moderately high.
We returned for dinner at the end of November.

30/06/2025: I bought an overpriced sandwich for €5.50, which was really poorly filled and probably even store-bought… I came because of the good reviews and wanted to buy some tasty sandwiches, but unfortunately, I was disappointed… what a shame.

23/02/2026: The wait is too long. And unfortunately, I can confirm my experience, always on a Sunday in the off-season. There's a shortage of staff, and those who are there aren't able to satisfy the customers. We ordered at 1:30 PM, and a first course arrived at 2:30 PM. The others who chose a second course waited another 30 minutes. A mixed fried fish and a swordfish steak. I don't know why the other fried calamari only arrived at 3:30 PM. The bread arrived last, the second beer was forgotten. When we arrived, the table wasn't even set. I wonder if they were prepared to open on a sunny Sunday in February. Maybe they improvised.

02/10/2025: I visited Sofia today. She is so sweet and friendly. I asked for gluten-free baked goods, and the selection is huge. She let me try her amazing cake, and I took some home with me. VERY DELICIOUS! We'll be seeing each other regularly starting in October, and I'm looking forward to it. THANK YOU! 🙂💚🤍❤️👍🏻

Traditional sweets.
We really enjoyed the amaretti, but also other desserts.
The lady (I presume the owner) was very kind.

01/06/2025: Omdat porto alabe geen camper parkeerplaats of camping heeft mochten onze vrienden uit Nederland bij de pizzeria op hun priveparkeerplaats overnachten. Zo konden ze niet alleen genieten van de beste pizza's van het eiland maar werd er ook goed voor ze gezorgd. Voorzien van een fris biertje, heerlijke cappuccino terwijl het restaurant nog gesloten was. Wat een liefde van onze sardijnse vrienden voor onze vrienden uit Nederland.
08/05/2025: Wir waren mit zwei Familien (jeweils zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) an zwei Abenden im Hotel Alabe essen – und es war jedes Mal ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts! Die Pizzen waren schlichtweg sensationell: knuspriger Boden, frische Zutaten und perfekt gebacken. Man schmeckt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den ausgesprochen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Die Bedienung war herzlich und stets zuvorkommend – sogar an die Kinder wurde liebevoll gedacht: Man hat uns aktiv gefragt, ob sie ein zusätzliches Kissen brauchen, damit sie besser am Tisch sitzen können. Eine kleine Geste mit grosser Wirkung!
Und dann natürlich die Aussicht: Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang – schöner kann man kaum speisen.
Fazit: Absolut und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wer in Porto Alabe ist, sollte sich dieses kulinarische Erlebnis nicht entgehen lassen!
