10/05/2025: We found ourselves "by chance" in these parts, and we decided to stop in this tavern.
Here you can feel the atmosphere of home, with friendly staff.
Prices are higher than normal, if you want to eat in a place where you want to feel at home, you will surely be able to remain satisfied and above all full.
All of excellent quality.
We will be back.
The pasta with burrata cream and tomatoes is excellent, I recommend trying it.
02/05/2025: I would return 1000 more times just for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, leaving aside this more than winning aspect, the more than excellent food recalling local traditions. Highly recommended.

24/05/2025: Providential (and absolutely recommended) detour along the Cammino del Salento - Via del mare: enchanting view, excellent raw materials, remarkable dishes, young, professional and friendly staff. Compliments to the chef and the entire crew, you gave us an unforgettable lunch break. PS for those who walk, it is possible to continue towards Otranto along the coast, an alternative not to be missed!

02/05/2025: Finalmente il mio sogno si e' avverato...mangiare da Floriano Pellegrino!!! Lo seguo da anni mi piace il suo modo di intendere la cucina! Abbiamo mangiato benissimo il pane incredibilmente croccante e la trippa fantastica ci si sente a casa.
Personale attento gentile e loro simpaticissimi padroni di casa! Tappa obbligatoria!!!

10/02/2025: Very good discovery in Scorrano, in the main square. Behind the bar there is the restaurant which offers excellent meat or fish dishes. The fiorentina is definitely worth it and is served already cut on a hot slate. The portion is really abundant, more than 2 people in my opinion. The children enjoyed carbonara pasta! The sea antipasti are also excellent and fresh. In winter the room is a little cold, despite the heating being on. Very good attentive service.
08/12/2024: Very kind staff, very welcoming location, excellent food, including gluten-free. Attentive and knowledgeable staff on celiac disease.

28/08/2024: Siamo stati per una “cena” con abbinamento dei vini di loro produzione
Il posto è carino sotto ad un pergolato di viti ma il cibo consisteva in un piccolo antipasto con tre assaggini e poi la scelta tra un primo o un secondo piatto già stabiliti e molto basici e una fettina di torta alla modica cifra si fa per dire di 55,00 euro a persona
Non ne vale assolutamente la pena
