05/10/2024: First stop in a village restaurant, far from the tourist coasts. What a pleasure to be surrounded by locals in this picturesque place with warm colors! The service is impeccable and generous, as evidenced by my glass of wine (see photo)! As for the menu, let yourself be tempted by everything, you will not be disappointed! The beef carpaccio is to die for, and the wood-fired pizzas are a wonderful treat for the taste buds. Special mention for the garlic, olive oil and chili pastas: the best in Puglia, without a doubt. The dishes that came out of the kitchen for the other tables all seemed more appetizing than the last. A family village restaurant where you absolutely must stop!

29/09/2024: Two dinners, two splendid experiences. Authentic flavors and excellent quality raw materials, even my guests (Salento natives) appreciated both the fresh pasta and the monicelli. Recommended!

03/02/2025: We discovered this restaurant by pure chance. We were there with family in August, with friends in January and as a couple last night. On all occasions we have found the excellent quality of the product: trying from pizza to second courses, to mixed frittino. Worth noting: exceptional fried food and meat! Friendly staff, quaint place. Excellent quality/price ratio! Obviously we will be back!!!

02/02/2025: The place is very nice, the staff friendly, we took the pizzas which were overcooked and therefore the mozzarella was dehydrated and the dough was hard.

18/11/2024: It is the most authentic pizzeria I have ever seen, a very cheap and delicious place to dine, if you are in Cannole don't miss it. 10/10
