11/07/2025: A delicious breakfast in a cozy café!
I've had many breakfasts at this café, alone and with friends, and I've been really satisfied! The place is cozy and well-decorated, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease.
The breakfast was delicious: I ordered an espresso and a berry cheesecake, and I have to say, both were perfect. The espresso was creamy and well-made.
The service was also very friendly and efficient: the staff was smiling and helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
Overall, I can say that this café is a great place to have breakfast and spend some time relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place with a good breakfast selection!
Not to mention the cake service, always punctual and impeccable when I asked for it.

08/07/2025: I've been coming to this delightful pastry shop whenever I can, ever since I was in high school in Alezio, and it's still my favorite. They take care of every detail, even the reserved parking for customers, which is truly appreciated! Fair prices, excellent service, and the deliciousness of the desserts is undeniable. I recently even got a quick cake for my mother's birthday (I didn't order it) and everyone loved it. I loved the ice cream filling, and it held up well during transportation in the high temperatures these days. I'm super happy, I recommend it to everyone! 😁🎂

simple ingredients but prepared with surprising flair by chef Germano.
You must try the calamarata with mussels, gorgonzola, and walnuts—brilliant!
It makes you go wow at first bite.
But while Germano is in the kitchen, in the dining room, you immediately feel like you're among friends, with the attentive and smiling welcome of Giovanna and Salvatore.
This trattoria combines the freshest ingredients, hospitality, and cuisine.
Uninformal, but full of soul.

24/04/2025: Non sono abituato a scrivere una recensione di getto ma la pasta e patate con scampi appena servita è da urlo. Con quella nota piccante
c he non sovrasta assolutamente la comunione di sapori perfetta e piena di gusto con sapori autentici.
L’antipasto molto buono ed una nota particolare sui crostoni alla cipolla. Trovato grazie ad un commento carpito sulla spiaggia. Da provare se si è in zona. Prezzi onesti per la qualità proposta. Servizio impeccabile.
23/02/2025: Una serie di errori e disattenzioni soprattutto sull’aspetto gluten free, ma anche nel servizio, tuttavia a parte alcuni dettagli dei piatti si mangia abbastanza bene, ma ci sono aspettative troppo alte.

12/07/2025: A very pleasant experience at the Santa Chiara agriturismo! The managers are so kind, welcoming, and offer great recommendations (for restaurants, etc.)...
The rooms are clean and have everything you need to feel at home. The setting is peaceful, calm, green, and full of charm. You can cool off in their lovely pool or stroll through their grounds surrounded by vineyards and lemon trees...
I highly recommend this establishment!

Agriturismo Tenuta la Siesta

04/08/2025: I had dinner at this agriturismo in the countryside, under fig trees, truly stunning. The dishes were delicious, plentiful, and true to Salento tradition.
The orecchiette alla leccese were perfectly balanced with the sauce and strong ricotta.
The waiters were friendly and helpful.
The price was good.
I recommend it, and I'll be back on these hot evenings.
02/08/2025: We've been here four times in a 15-day vacation, including mid-August.
The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is courteous, especially one of the waitresses who is particularly attentive and knowledgeable. She greeted us every time with a "welcome."
The owner is always present and attentive. The food is good. Even the background music is appropriate for the location. I recommend it and will definitely be back next year. July 24, 2023, first visit this summer. I can confirm what I experienced last year... and the year before.

15/10/2024: Buona cena in tranquillità, consigliati dalla gentilezza di Giovanna,
Calamarata cozze noci con gorgonzola, ottima la trovata di associare il sapore dello zola che aggiunge profumo e un gusto mordente al piatto.
Orecchiette alle cime di rapa, cucinate sapientemente da Germano come da tradizione.
Per finire, il pescato del giorno, una meravigliosa ricciola al forno con patate e carciofi, da leccarsi i baffi.
Il prezzo è adeguato per la cena a base di pesce. Se torneremo a Gallipoli faremo sicuramente tappa a questa trattoria.

30/03/2025: Il pranzo è stato veramente soddisfacente. L'ambiente è tipico da trattoria, il personale molto presente e professionale. Il cibo veramente gustoso, saporito e le porzioni molto abbondanti cone non se ne vede più nei ristoranti.
01/03/2025: Ho mangiato ieri in questo posto...è sinceramente era tutto crudo ...pittule crude ...antipasti freddi sembrano del giorno prima per nulla caldi ...solo le polpette di polpo erano caldi ma con tanto aglio ..patatine fritte crude ..pasta alla marinara insipida senza sale ...la carne forze era unica cosa buona calda e cotta al punto giusto ...fatto sta che la notte sono stata male ...quindi fate un pó voi...eppure eravamo le prime che ci siamo sedute su quel tavolo ..peccato perché all'inizio nn era proprio così male ...ci sono ritornata appunto perché quando sono andata la prima volta nn era male ...
