20/12/2025: The APERITOUR experience was wonderful. Everyone was incredibly helpful with the quick and easy booking.
Giuseppe took us on a wonderful journey through flavors and history. We learned about the family's work behind the winery, from the land to the sales floor, following the entire production process. The tasting was truly educational and created a wonderful moment of sharing among the guests. The products that accompanied the wine were all top-quality and truly delicious. Last but not least, the room where we had the aperitif was truly beautiful and welcoming, perfect for a comfortable experience with a great vibe. The icing on the cake...we met Mr. Paolo Leo, who welcomed us with great enthusiasm. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Salento!

You can choose from hamburgers, chicken, and other sandwiches to pizzas.
Very attentive and friendly staff.

05/01/2026: We booked a table for six. The atmosphere was very familiar and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered excellent pizzas and a mixed roast, which was equally delicious! I highly recommend "Saint Louis" to families, groups, or simply couples for a romantic dinner.

01/03/2024: Locale accogliente, personale gentile, pizza buona e prezzi bassi, tempi di attesa bassi, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
08/10/2023: Locale tranquillo nulla di che, staff cortese, abbiamo preso solo la pizza, sottile (lo dico per gli amanti della napoletana) buon condimento, buona. Prezzi INCREDIBILI che non vedevo da una vita più più più che giusti

06/09/2025: I found myself passing through for some errands in the area, I chose this place seeing excellent reviews compared to other places, I dreamed of tasting a typical imaginative and particular pasticciotto, pandistelle etc.. as in the photo.. I arrive in a time slot that goes from 9/10 in the morning.. nice and modern place with a lot of internal space. Friendly staff.. but! and the pasticciotti? Where are they? I didn't understand if they ran out or not produced. However, being with 2 hungry children and without breakfast, I opted for the only thing available, a chocolate croissant. I must say that the dough was excellent, flaky and tasty. The service was excellent, with attention to the children's requests for chocolate milk. And to various savory snacks in the display case. Too bad about the pasticciotti, which only have the image of the photo left in my head and I couldn't try them. I'm giving 1 star less. Just for this. I don't know if I'll find myself passing through again, as it's a town out of the way from where I am. But it's worth returning. I recommend it. 👨👩👧👦
