15/10/2025: We have lived in the wonderful Torri del Benaco for 35 years and use every free moment we have in Germany to come here. For several years, we avoided restaurants on or near the lake because the price/performance ratio was completely inadequate. 👎 Through a visit from dear friends, we came across the "Miralago," contrary to our usual habit. And we have to revise our opinion: the price/performance ratio is absolutely excellent, the service (Nicola!) is engaging and classically Italian and cheerful. All this in a magnificent location with a view of the lake that is hard to beat! Our friends were there three times in five days for a reason. And of course, we also recommend it! 🤌 Tip... Order Bonollo di Amarone as grappa and be amazed...🤩

12/10/2025: This place is magical. We had dinner here and the owner who was serving us was by far the most genuine and friendly person we've had the pleasure of dealing with. We really wanted to get a table right by the water and he offered for us to wait a little bit at another table before moving us. We splashed out on a nice bottle of wine but normally I'd say you can eat here for around 30€ per person. Try the tiramisu, it's so good! The wine, the food, the wines, the view, the atmosphere, all absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a romantic place to eat, this is it.

23/09/2025: We discovered Bar al Porto as a place where we could relax in the afternoon and enjoy a snack and a drink. The menu offers a wide selection of both drinks and food; they even have Hoegaarden on tap, highly recommended – and served in truly unusual glasses! As for snacks, we particularly enjoyed the Foccaccina Galeone. The staff was also very friendly – ​​we will definitely come back here on our next stay in Torri!

06/10/2025: Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. The food wasn't a feast for the palate, and the prices were disproportionate to the quality offered – much of it seemed like frozen food. The service was also unfriendly. One thing is for sure: We won't be eating here again.

17/09/2025: Great restaurant with friendly staff. When we were there today, many locals were also eating there, which is usually a good sign. We had mussels, fritto misto, gnocchi with Bolognese, and a pizza Pugliese. Everything tasted absolutely delicious, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the place :)

18/09/2025: For us, this was the worst dining experience so far during our stay in Torri del Benaco. The starter was good (for three people): tomato soup, tortellini soup, and vitello donato. The main courses were unfortunately a huge disappointment. The trout was burnt, having been grilled too long. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was completely sticky; the pasta was clearly not fresh; you had to use a magnifying glass to find the porcini mushrooms. The pasta with truffles was clearly not truffles; they had to use truffle oil to help it along. Overall, for €96, it was a disastrous price-performance ratio. We were also ripped off with the bill at the end: for fries listed on the menu, €5, we were charged €10. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!
