The dough is incredibly light, and you can immediately taste that it's been carefully made and leavened to perfection: soft on the inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and incredibly easy to digest.
The ingredients are truly high-quality, fresh, and flavorful; you can taste the difference from the first bite.
You can tell there's passion and attention to every detail here. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten!
