20/09/2025: Excellent piadina shop ♥️♥️♥️ Artisanal piadina, excellent, high-quality ingredients. In the photos, we've had a piadina with buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, tomato, and mushroom sauce, and one with porchetta, peppers, arugula, scamorza, and mushroom sauce. Mouth-watering! If you come to Rosolina Mare, it's a must-try ♥️🥰😻

29/09/2025: I'm sorry to have to give such a poor review, but I was a customer of Pacero for many years when it was in Occhiobello, and the pizza was by far the best in the entire Ferrara area, but this new location in Santa Maria Maddalena has left me completely disappointed.
11/09/2025: 2 takeaway pizzas, completely raw...impossible to eat...it takes a lot of talent not to know how to cook 2 millimeters of dough.
€20 down the drain

I'm from Ferrara, but it was absolutely worth it.

06/09/2025: A wonderful evening with friends and family. The pizza was incredibly good, with a soft and light crust, but in the original Neapolitan style. When it was time for photos of the young women, we headed to the corridor in front of the bathroom, which is a highly recommended location (even if it doesn't seem like it), and the gentleman who works there even helped us adjust the lights to our advantage (lighting service included 😂).

01/10/2025: Very good pizza, with a light, fragrant, and easily digestible dough. Well-stocked, with many specialties... You can also choose from first and second courses... excellent desserts. A very spacious atmosphere, suitable for everyone.
22/09/2025: Great food, fast service, and very friendly staff.
Fritto misto with aquadelle, a perch, a plaice, and a large scampi. Often, shrimp are sold as scampi...not here. The pizzas are world-class.
We live in Italy and know the cuisine. A must-try if you're taking a trip to the Po Delta.

16/10/2025: In the center of town, in an unsuspecting space that from the outside looks like a home, it's surprising to find a pizzeria with such a refined location and menu, which is very varied and, most importantly, offers gluten-free pizzas. The gluten-free desserts are also noteworthy for those who prefer them. Tasty, easy to digest, and with wonderful combinations, they're a sure thing. The prices are very fair. The owner is extremely friendly but never intrusive.

Very friendly service.
Nice, quiet, green garden with a water feature/fountain.
30/08/2025: I didn't like at all that as soon as the pizzas came out of the oven, the waiters would add more toppings to the pizza, using their hands, without gloves or cutlery. And the paper napkins looked like bathroom towels.
