23/11/2024: Personally I want to review Al Castellaro once again after my visit at the end of summer, never published but practically the same as the present one, one of the many mysteries of Google Maps AI... A very well-known place, where whether you focus on the pizzeria or the restaurant you won't go wrong. Traditional Venetian and Colli dishes, with homemade pasta dishes featuring gnocchi and tagliolini with guinea fowl ragout and Berici truffle. Second courses focus on grilled meat (the rib-eye is very good), but there are also other traditional ones such as wild boar stew or Vicenza-style cod. Decent bulk wines, but there is also a valid list of locally produced wines, excellent hospitality and precise service. Final bill adequate for the quality of the dishes, booking with advance notice is highly recommended.
