15/01/2026: Honestly, I happen to be here every now and then, but I don't think it needs a review or anything else... Honestly, their calling card is in the dishes and the pizza. I can only say that I compete in all of Prato and I don't lose! Compliments also from Sicily and Calabria (quality/price 10+)

11/12/2025: We discovered this small but very welcoming restaurant by chance. The service from the waiters was perfect and welcoming. For food, we opted for some truly excellent pizzas, delicious fagioli all'uccelletto, and a mushroom stew that melted in your mouth. I recommend everyone to stop by.

29/12/2025: We've been to Sipario for dinner a few times with friends, always for excellent pizza. The selection is very wide, and if you go beyond the standard options, the price goes up, but that's in proportion to the use of good, top-quality ingredients. Thin-crust, authentic pizza is available at no extra charge. We enjoyed both. The desserts were good, but there's room for improvement, especially considering the prices aren't cheap. The place is large and a bit noisy. Perhaps soundproofing panels are needed, as we've seen in similar places. We'll definitely return to try other dishes.

I was initially impressed, as per the review below, but over the past couple of months, we've been back several times and even gotten takeout several times, and it hasn't satisfied me even half as much as it did before. No toppings, no tomato, no mozzarella, and we pay (not even a little)... I won't add anything else...

Very good pizza, with a choice between thin crust and real pizza. The service was fast and very punctual. The chocolate cake was very good. The place is beautiful and spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for those with a large dog like ours. We spent €38, a fair price.

12/12/2025: I have tried Mangia several times and I must say that I have never left dissatisfied. It was hard for me to give up the cobbler, a specialty of the place, but the hamburger served with potatoes definitely stood up to the comparison. Quality raw materials and excellent cooking will certainly put me in great difficulty in choosing the next time I visit the restaurant. Good service and a decidedly attentive place, especially now in the Christmas version.
