02/08/2026: The pizza was average, with good ingredients, although we found the semolina dough inferior to the traditional one (but that's just our personal preference). The only negative was that we asked for raw mozzarella, which cost us €2.50. I should point out that it wasn't a burrata or a stracciatella, but a simple fior di latte. What difference does it make to the price if the mozzarella is cooked or not?

10/07/2026: I returned to Rosignano after a few years and it was a pleasure to dine at this restaurant. The fish was incredibly fresh, the presentation perfect, and the welcome warm.
After an appetizer of mixed crostini, we had boiled seafood and a wonderful dessert, all delicious and beautiful!
I've always thought Enopizzaeristo is the best restaurant in the area!
Thank you for your commitment and professionalism in everything you do.

09/08/2026: Anyone who says the pizza is delicious means they've never eaten a good pizza. The dough, cooking, and flavor were nothing special. It wasn't even specified what dough it was, what flour they used, and what leavening method they used. Luckily, there was toppings, otherwise it was dry and inedible. The portions for the first courses are ridiculous. By law, they should write the weight.

The crust was light, and the burrata was very creamy.
We will definitely come back!
24/07/2026: Great find! Intrigued by the reviews, we decided to try this pizza place, and it lived up to our expectations!
Fair prices. The restaurant is on the main road but isn't excessively exposed to the noise of passing cars. There's both an indoor and outdoor dining area, and the staff is friendly and available when needed.
The place is neat and clean.
Recommended!

However, they no longer offer gluten-free pizza and pasta.
Instead, for gluten-free (and other) food, I recommend L'Angolo del Gusto in Vada.

28/08/2025: I was with some friends, and we all raved about the dishes they served. I had FABULOUS spaghetti with clams, and a pistachio dessert that was equally delicious. We'll be back from Pisa.

08/07/2026: Beautiful location, but the experience was terrible. We ordered drinks at the bar and only afterwards were told about all the restrictions. The staff were rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. The security guard kept running after the children, grabbing their attention in a very aggressive way and staring at them in an intimidating manner. He was also carrying what looked like a stun gun, which was very unsettling, especially around children. Instead of enjoying the beach, we felt stressed and uncomfortable. We will definitely not return.
