Kindness of the staff and willingness of the chef to satisfy the customer even with something off the menu.
Excellent value for money, high quality food
15/08/2024: The owner is young but very experienced, an excellent cook and host. The food is of excellent quality and very plentiful. You will find innovative dishes but upon request he will also prepare traditional dishes. The prices are fair and adequate for the quality of the products. I recommend him and invite you to trust him because you won't regret it. I am very satisfied and will definitely return.

Typical cuisine of the Tuscan Maremma, with various naturally vegan or 'veganizable' options.
Super helpful and fast staff, crazy view at sunset.
It is located in a very small village where it seems to be the only restaurant, the village is very quiet and it is nice to take a walk in the surrounding area.
There are few parking spaces outside the restaurant, so you have to park about 200m away and make a short climb on foot.
05/08/2024: Service overwhelmed...long wait...clothes partly dirty from the service.
The table placement was next to a drinks fridge where the waitress constantly brought out drinks and we were constantly disturbed. When I was taking out a beer bottle, the bottle fell and broke. My daughter was sitting right next to it and got some of the beer on her clothes. No questions were asked or an apology was made. The bill was overcharged

Di conferma come eccellente e di gran lunga superiore a tutte quelle in zona del comune di Roccastrada e non solo
Pasta della pizza di qualità e digeribilissima. Altrettanto di qualità gli altri ingredienti, dalla mozzarella (che non è di plastica come accade ormai quasi ovunque) agli altri ingredienti veramente ottimi .
Bevande a prezzi di negozio e non ricaricate del 200./.
Non si paga il coperto, ma si ritira quanto ordinato al grande bancone .
Prezzi quindi modici e ONESTI !!!
E’ raro trovare grande qualità e prezzo equo
