05/01/2025: Rude staff like few others. Being a group of guys who had decided to go to the evening organized in this place, we decided to have dinner directly here since they had guaranteed us by telephone that we could access the event easily. Unfortunately this was not the case, the waiters, in particular 2, treated us in a rude way by just staring at our table, clearing it while we were still eating (also they were taking away half my pizza for no reason while I was cutting it) and making jokes between each other them after informing us that we would not be able to stay for the post-dinner evening. In the end we were told that there had been a mix-up and that we could participate by paying an additional €10. After having added to the receipt a bitter drink we had never ordered for €25 and an additional €5 cover charge on top of what we would have had to pay, we went to the cashier, having these additions removed and with the news that to stay we would no longer have to pay €10 but €15. €. Next time, even if I don't think there will be, organize yourself better and be clearer, without inventing things on the phone and then saying others, thanks.

05/01/2025: Personale scortese come pochi. Cibo arrivato freddo e i camerieri ci fissavano per buttarci fuori il prima possibile.

30/11/2024: Ho dato diverse possibilità, sono lenti e organizzati malissimo. Arrivano sempre in ritardo nel domicilio e non piccoli ritardi ma anche di ore. Stasera ordino e con largo anticipo e mi danno orario indicativo alle 20, chiamo alle 20.20 e mi dicono che arriveranno con un ritardo per le 21, richiamo alle 21.10 mi dicono che ancora non sono pronte, dico che sarei andato a prenderle io e mi danno orario indicativo di recarmi lì in 15 minuti, chiedo di farle trovare pronte appena arrivo dato che sarei andato io, mi dicono "non possiamo darle la sicurezza". Ho disdetto tutto ovviamente. Hanno perso un cliente, approfittano del fatto che hanno parecchia clientela, ma continuando così ne perderanno molta. Meglio concentrarsi su un singolo servizio che farne diversi male, mai più! Addio.
