27/03/2024: The pizza is excellent, you can't say anything about it. In Neapolitan style with a high, soft cornice and thin center. The menu offers a wide choice of classic pizzas and their reinterpretations, including those awarded in national competitions. The service is courteous and quite fast. The internal environment is nothing special, a little small and with the tables close together. The tables outside in the summer are certainly much nicer.

Like the trattorias of the past, a simple place with local dishes and friendly service. The dishes are good and tasty. In the afternoon also pizza by the slice. I recommend booking. Friendly and very approachable staff. Excellent value for money.

16/11/2023: Excellent food, courtesy, kindness, punctuality in respecting order times, very careful to take care of the food problems of those with intolerances or allergies. This is very important.

07/05/2024: I went to this place a few weeks ago for dinner. I wanted to get some typical local food but to my surprise the kitchen was closed and only pizzas were available.
Nothing exceptional, mediocre both in terms of dough and seasoning
25/04/2024: Restaurant with 15 tables, more or less. They have a menu with many pizzas (they looked very inviting), but you can also ask the waiter for the menu of the day, which varies. We took two appetizers (the grilled vegetables and the accompanying flatbread were very good, amazing!), some maccheroncini with meat sauce and a busiata with swordfish, pine nuts, raisins and swordfish (very good, with a delicate flavour) and a waterfall. The first ones were with little salt, but this is just my taste.
We spent €47.

08/04/2024: After taking a walk in Catania, I arrived in Regalbuto hungry. I didn't want to eat pizza/sandwich, and the lady offered to make a different dish for me. The flavor was wonderful, thank you!
27/12/2023: Very warm and welcoming environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Always equipped with everything. Quick and precise in service both at the tables and for takeaway and home delivery.

16/10/2023: The best pizzas we have ever eaten. It's really a surprise how with such basic foods you can make something so delicious.
The dough was crispy and at the same time light, we ate a whole pizza and we didn't feel heavy at all.
The owners were very close and friendly.
For me, more than cooks these people are pizza artists!
