07/04/2024: I live in Olbia where Alice Pizza eventually arrived here too, but the first few times I was struck by yours, through which I first got to know the brand, as it was very good and the staff were very kind. Unfortunately on Thursday for lunch I returned to you after not coming to Sassari for quite some time and I was greeted in a rude and grumpy manner by the employee named Anna, only because since Margherita was coming out smoking nice, for my piece the I said I wanted to wait since the one on the counter was small and cold (even heating it isn't the same), the sales assistant starts huffing and banging things saying that then she would have to throw it away 😮 in her nervousness she forgot to beat the margherita on the receipt I attached (I hadn't even noticed), I saw her arrive at the table saying that I had to pay her 5.45 euros for a normal square of Margherita and that she had forgotten, so the I asked where I could see the weight and cost (which seemed like a lot to me because I know the ones in Olbia which are the same), and she told me that she remembered it by heart but that it hadn't appeared on the receipt and she didn't know why! Obviously I didn't buy it in the sense that the price was purely invented as the other squares of pizza of the same size but with more important flavors than the Margherita cost around 3.80 maximum! In the end she got so annoyed that she told me “go ahead, I'll give it to you”! He didn't understand that he didn't offend me because I certainly don't stick to 5 euros but I didn't like the way he chose the flavors from the beginning! Anyone who works in contact with the public must have a certain predisposition to do so otherwise as in my case, when I return to Sassari I will stay far away from your pizzeria with great regret. Teach the staff how to work!

Not only pizza but also fainé (Sassari farinata) which you can enjoy in all its variations. Everything clear before taking away: products, quantities and prices. It's a shame that it's a takeaway pizzeria (it also does home delivery) because the service and courtesy are always present even when there are many people. The staff is all made up of guys who spin like tops, it's a pleasure to see them work. The owner coordinates everything without sparing herself. Beautiful, young and dynamic: a force of Nature. I go there often and for many years. The environment is always clean but the waiting space is narrow and without the possibility of sitting down, I think on purpose to reiterate the "take and go" concept. I recommend it to all those who don't have time and want to spend little.

27/01/2024: This is not the first time I come to this place to eat right in the establishment. I really like their fayne with vegetables. The portions are huge at an affordable price (17 euros for two and we couldn’t even finish it all, we took the leftovers home). There are tables inside where you can eat and take drinks from the refrigerator. Yes, this is not exactly a five-star restaurant, but I like that this is an ordinary comfortable place where no one bothers you, you can calmly sit on the sofa and not overpay, what else do you need? It is also worth noting that there are a million customers in the establishment, people come there constantly, orders are accepted, delivery guys arrive every minute, in short, it is clear that people like their food, which is very important. The staff is very polite and helpful. What is also immediately noticeable is that the entire team constantly works silently and very harmoniously. They don’t go out to smoke, don’t watch TV at work and don’t joke, they just work silently and that’s it. This is something you rarely see, meaning there is a high probability that they will cook it tasty and of high quality. Special thanks to the person who responds to reviews on Google Maps for his sense of humor. I read the answers, laughed, and especially appreciated the answer to the false review about Bangladesh :)
