15/03/2026: My friend and I were there on Saturday night. We waited 30 minutes for a table due to the influx of people. They seated us, and to get the menu, we had to scan the QR code on the table, a little wooden number. The QR code always directed me to a Facebook page, which I couldn't open because I don't have Facebook. I called the waiter about the problem and wanted a paper menu, but he told me there weren't many paper menus, as other people were looking at them before us. So I waited another 15 minutes, and in the end, they brought it to me, all greasy and sticky with I don't know what... oh well! We ordered 2 crudaiola pizzas and 2 colas to drink. The white-crust pizzas arrived with all the cold toppings on top. I called the waiter for an explanation because I ordered CLASSIC PIZZAS from the menu, NOT WHITE PIZZAS. He replied that the crudaiola is like this (ok, but you could have included it in the white PIZZAS.) Then he told me if he wants we can change it, but he has to take this one home. And he has to pay for it. I ate everything on top of the pizza, the base was bland, rubbery, and very cold. An ice cream pizza was obscene. Catalog the pizzas better and give them the right description. NEVER AGAIN...
14/03/2026: Last Saturday, we decided to dine at this pizzeria, deliberately choosing a rather early time (7:45 PM) to avoid the Saturday night crowds and enjoy a leisurely meal.
Unfortunately, the experience was very negative in several respects.
Let's start with the location: all the chairs in the dining room were completely ruined and worn, as you can see in the photo. A truly careless detail for a pizzeria located right in the city center.
Regarding the service and food, the situation was even more unpleasant. We ordered a gluten-free pizza and a pizza with traditional dough. When the pizzas arrived, out of sheer caution, I asked the waiter to confirm that mine was indeed gluten-free and, very nonchalantly, he replied that it was not and that they would remake it. I didn't make the mistake seem obvious, but I knew that if I hadn't asked, I would have eaten a gluten-free pizza, with all the consequences that entails for a celiac. Such a mistake is truly serious on the part of a restaurant.
After about a quarter of an hour, my gluten-free pizza arrived, but the dough was completely raw. When I pointed this out, the waiter replied that gluten-free pizza can't stay in the oven for too long or it'll burn, as if I'd never eaten a perfectly cooked gluten-free pizza in my life! In any case, they decided to put it back in the oven.
The third time, the pizza came back to the table completely toasted and practically inedible.
The result was that, despite there being only two of us and the restaurant being far from full, we ate at separate times, and the quality of the food was decidedly poor.
To make things even more unpleasant, there was NO discount on the bill or any concrete gesture to apologize for what happened.
A truly disappointing experience. They'll never see us again.
