05/10/2024: First stop in a village restaurant, far from the tourist coasts. What a pleasure to be surrounded by locals in this picturesque place with warm colors! The service is impeccable and generous, as evidenced by my glass of wine (see photo)! As for the menu, let yourself be tempted by everything, you will not be disappointed! The beef carpaccio is to die for, and the wood-fired pizzas are a wonderful treat for the taste buds. Special mention for the garlic, olive oil and chili pastas: the best in Puglia, without a doubt. The dishes that came out of the kitchen for the other tables all seemed more appetizing than the last. A family village restaurant where you absolutely must stop!

29/09/2024: Two dinners, two splendid experiences. Authentic flavors and excellent quality raw materials, even my guests (Salento natives) appreciated both the fresh pasta and the monicelli. Recommended!

11/11/2024: The restaurant is characteristic, located in the center of the small town of Cannole, with a large outdoor terrace mainly for summer. Dinner occasion with friends who found the pizza really good. An unfortunate surprise with the bowlers, overcooked and with an old taste.

22/09/2024: Very nice atmosphere. Nice service. Great food among the local population . Lots of pizza flying for take away. The pizzawasvery good as also the wine .. Negroamaro...
