"The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a light, well-leavened dough. The tomato was fresh and flavorful, the salami was rich and spicy just right, and the stringy mozzarella rounded it all off sublimely." "The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff very kind and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable." This will be our go-to place for pizza in Bisceglie. Excellent value.

16/02/2026: VALENTINE'S DAY 2026 I understand the low cost of €35 per person, but I wasn't particularly satisfied. The appetizers were paltry, I'd say. Perhaps I would have enjoyed the dish more if the two portions had been placed on a central plate. The first courses were overflowing with cream. The cheesecake was nothing like cheesecake; I'd say it was a hastily arranged dessert. The dining room was packed with people, with only two canners because, according to the owner, he hadn't expected such a large turnout. Who knows?

10/01/2026: A New Year's Eve lunch to forget, the atmosphere felt like being in a shed, we ate almost nothing, rubbery gnocchi, seafood straight out of the cold storage!!!

19/10/2025: If you love pizza with thin, crispy, and above all light crust, you've come to the right place. They offer a wide variety of choices, and the ingredients are excellent. The service is quick; even if you order an appetizer, they don't crowd you out by three or four tables like others do. The timing is perfect, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, as is the owner, who, in addition to being a pizza chef, is also very personable. Highly recommended.

15/02/2026: A very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9:00 PM and waited until 11:00 PM for our pizzas, with no explanation or adequate apology. When they arrived, one was completely raw, and two weren't even the ones we ordered. We were also charged extra because the "regular" dough was out, so we had to order another without actually choosing it. An endless wait, incorrect orders, and poor quality: we definitely won't be returning.

01/02/2026: A terrible experience! I found it strange to immediately find a table on a Saturday night at 9:20, and indeed there was a reason! It was my first time there, and it was a bit gloomy inside, mostly due to the dark walls and yellow lights. But upon leaving, we were directed to a room at the back, a bit remote from the rest. The waiters were barely visible and were struggling. Just keep in mind that for the condiments, I had to go into the other room to ask for them. That said, the sore point isn't the lack of waiters, but the food! The selection is very limited, mostly simple dishes, especially appetizers, nothing really elaborate, and in any case, gourmet prices. For example, an appetizer plate can range from €6 for three bruschettas to €13-15 for a bresaola appetizer passed off as carpaccio with a couple of strands of stracciatella cheese or 3-4 octopus tentacles with a chopped and sautéed boiled potato! Which already seems like an exaggeration given the lack of preparation, but all in all, it wasn't bad, so it's fine... the problem arises with the first course. We each ask for a first course—I choose seafood, my husband chooses meat, and I choose seafood. Aside from the pumpkin-focused option, which was obviously declined, I opt for a seafood tagliolini and he for the meat option! A disaster!!!!!!! The double tagliolini, cut so thin you can't even roll them up, the pitiful seafood, the mussels so overcooked they're dry and tiny, the rubbery shrimp—the kind frozen and pre-cleaned at discount stores, the kind you can't even remove the guts from—and let's leave the cuttlefish pieces alone! Of course, the red tagliolini, to top it off, is absolutely salty! In short, a dish from a nightmare kitchen! All served in a way that not even your grandmother would dump it on your plate for Sunday lunch! Truly depressing! As for the land-based one, the same thing, but instead of the seafood rubbers, strips of meat, like tagliata, always put in the sauce and topped with stracciatella! I'm not even going to tell you what I think... That said, in addition to these two dishes, we ordered meat for the children. The waiter recommended the tagliata (beef steak) for the kids because it was more tender than the entrecote, and we relied on him, asking for the courtesy of having the fries delivered with the meat, and to have the meat delivered first to them and then to us because they were hungry... Guess when the dishes arrived!? My husband's carpaccio arrived first, then the octopus with potatoes for me, and finally the meat for the kids, after a while the fries, and then our first courses! A sign of gallantry in serving my husband first, which is priceless. Obviously, it's not the waiter's fault, but the kitchen's... In short, after all this, we didn't feel like ordering anything else, so the two appetizers, the two tagliata (beef steak), a plate of fries, and those sub-types of first courses with two colas, a bottle of water, and half a liter of wine—that was good, for a modest total of €100! Since we had 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, and 2 second courses, it's as if we spent €50 each for nothing, and what's more, it was very bad and of terrible quality!!!! Shameful! Moral of the story? We won't be back, obviously!

29/11/2025: Waited for a giant Margherita pizza to take away and two French fries, 50 minutes, poor quality of the pizza, I think it's stretched curd and not mozzarella, terrible cooking of the pizza, inedible salty French fries. Never again

27/07/2025: The food was good, though the prices were a bit high, as was the service, which was rather slow and expensive. We actually brought a cake from outside, as the restaurant didn't have one, and paid a €2.00 supplement per person for just cutting the cake, in addition to the regular cover charge. We weren't informed of this amount when we booked, even though we informed the management.

16/09/2025: A classic quick bite, excellent products, good prices. Also available for takeout.

23/08/2025: The space is very cramped, and there's no service because you can eat in or take out. The pizzas and rotisserie are good, but the panzerotto is exceptional. Truly superb. Highly recommended.

04/01/2026: The pizza and francesina were really good and reasonably priced. They were very helpful in providing information about the flours used and accommodating pizza requests. Nice place. Very long wait times.

01/12/2025: Gluten-free pizza was all wet, like a sponge, and thrown in the trash. Regular pizzas with little topping on them and dry, an experience not to be repeated.

07/01/2026: I'm replying to the owner. Don't make excuses about yesterday. We weren't informed about the tastings when we booked. I'M ONLY RESPONDING TO €50.00 PER PERSON. DON'T LEAVE WITH EXCUSES. 2 MONTHS AGO WE WERE WITH YOU AGAIN AND THE SONG IS STILL THE SAME
