20/08/2026: A shocking experience, to say the least. Upon our arrival, the waiter, with a rather strange demeanor, pointed out that the reservation was for three people instead of two. So far, nothing serious: mistakes can happen. The problem began immediately afterward. We witnessed constant arguments between the waiter and several tables, particularly with a woman who had simply asked for information about the menu. The situation escalated to the point that the waiter began insulting her and literally telling her to go to hell, walking away and returning repeatedly while the argument continued, all in front of the other customers. A truly embarrassing and surreal scene. Meanwhile, the service was incredibly slow. We ordered drinks, and when my Coke arrived, despite having been opened before my eyes, it was completely flat, as if it were stale. After I complained, they brought me another. The situation then got even worse: I could hear constant shouting and insults from the kitchen, because the staff were also arguing with this waiter. At a certain point, he simply decided to take everything off and leave, telling everyone to go to hell. The yelling stopped from that moment, but the service remained extremely slow and disorganized. We finally got up and went straight to pay, especially since we'd only had appetizers and a main course, and honestly, given the situation, we didn't even think they'd charge us full price. The full menu that day cost €35 per person, so €70 for two. They gave us what's commonly called a "courtesy price," charging us €50. Honestly, €50 for a lunch characterized by extremely slow service, an environment full of arguments and shouting, and an overall terrible experience still seemed excessive, especially considering we ate so little and weren't satisfied. An experience I wouldn't repeat, and a place we definitely won't return to. Truly awful.

16/08/2026: Unfortunately, to review you have to give at least 1 star... it's truly pitiful. Sunday, August 16th, I booked for 2 at 1:30 pm. We arrived at 1:10 pm, they didn't have a reservation... ok, then they found one for 3... oh well... the waiter was all skinny, glasses and tattoos, I DO EVERYTHING... because he obviously cared about us... too bad he literally sent all the other customers packing (I have to send a message to the police otherwise Google won't accept the truth). In the meantime, he went to the kitchen and argued with the staff, who, believe me, don't even have nightmare kitchens. Finally, after a biblical wait, the appetizer was brought to us. A slice of smoked salmon cut into 2 pieces, 2 squid skewers and 2 spoonfuls of "parmigiana di mare" consisting of 4 aubergine fillets in sauce served on 2 spoonfuls. Plus a small plate of raw seafood with two oysters, two shrimp, and a handful of tagliatelle...yes, there were two of us. It's 3:15 PM and after two hours, we're served a first course (the €35 menu says two first courses, two second courses, and an appetizer) consisting of two spoonfuls of hard rice "with seafood"...what courage. My daughter and I got up and went to the cashier...exhausted and hungry...€50...next time, I'll donate to charity elsewhere. Shame on you.
