11/01/2026: The experience didn't live up to expectations. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait about 20 minutes outside in the cold before being able to enter. Once we ordered, the wait for our food was over an hour. During the wait, we were informed of some changes to the dishes, but they took a long time to arrive, giving the impression of poorly organized management. The service felt incomplete, likely due to the lateness of the service. It's a shame, because with better organization and more attention to customers until the end of the service, the experience could have been significantly different. This review is far too kind for what we experienced: those who book deserve to be served, not "handled over."

30/11/2025: Honestly, I don't know what else to say. My wife calls the pizzeria to order some parcels, and we're off to a bad start. It's impossible they don't make them. At most, they say, "Only the ones from the counter." My wife even tells them, "We can wait, no problem." But nothing, no explanation. And I don't think it takes a genius to make two sausage parcels, really. Oh well, I'll end up going there myself to get something from the counter, never again. I order a cooked calzone with sausage: it wasn't raw underneath... it was beyond raw, all a heavy mass that tasted only of yeast. The parcels? Even worse, raw too. The pucce were perhaps the most edible, but still a little raw underneath, as if they were in a hurry to send the stuff away without cooking it properly. It's a real shame, because the counter staff are always kind, they do what they can, but the quality of the products leaves a lot to be desired. I've already given it more than one chance: once it was burned, once it was raw, another time I couldn't figure out what they'd done... but I can't pay and then throw it all away. Result? My wife and I had stomachaches all evening. And it's not the first time it's happened to us, unfortunately. PS: I once even witnessed a shameful scene... the pizza chef, a man of at least 60, started yelling at a counter worker who was probably 18 or so. An absurd scene, in front of customers. Just watching it made me sick. Something like that shouldn't happen in a business. In short, for me it's a no. I won't be going back. Shame on the counter workers.
