An hour's wait despite a reservation, just like all the other customers left outside waiting, and there were quite a few.
Rude waiters and obvious chaos. The focaccia fell and was brought back to us by a hair's breadth. The Neapolitan pizza dough was raw.
Take fewer reservations!
You can't justify yourself with the usual "it's Saturday, there's a wait." If a reservation is set for 10:00 PM, a little wait is acceptable, but not a full hour.
If this is a recurring problem every Saturday, you should organize yourself better and offer more efficient service.
I work in the restaurant industry and know how it works. Don't just think about takings.
Not recommended.

23/10/2025: I'm giving one star only because 0 isn't an option, but honestly, it was a terrible experience in every way.
As soon as you walk in, the welcome makes you lose the desire to stay... the cashier, who should be the place's calling card, wasn't unpleasant... more than that! She had her phone in her hand the whole time, texting or minding her own business, and while I was talking, it seemed like she couldn't even hear me.
Then the service was forgettable: an interminable wait, and yes, it was Saturday, but at least there was a bit of organization. I politely asked if I could have a small piece of focaccia while I waited, and they replied, "You have to wait your turn." How come? Then, after 45 minutes, the pizzas arrived first, followed by the focaccia. It's absurd.
So far, you're saying, okay, it happens. But when I got home, I was really pissed off. I opened the pizzas and the bottoms were completely burned, black as coals, only one was half-baked. The fries were cold and soft, like they'd just come out of the freezer.
Plus, the pizza box was greasy and half wet.
And then, honestly, I don't see the point in the two pizza chefs wearing bandanas while the girls didn't, especially the cashier with her hair flying everywhere—not even a shred of hygiene.
I really hope the owner takes action, because as a place it wouldn't even be bad, but the way it is, it ruins everything: from the service to the presentation.
I'm writing this only now in cold blood, otherwise I would have insulted them.
Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I've tried a lot of pizzerias.
I don't know if it was just an unlucky day or if it's just the norm, but I definitely won't be going back, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
(Tip: a little more smile, one less phone, and maybe a little more attention to hygiene wouldn't hurt...)

28/04/2025: Di passaggio, fermata non programmata a Corato, troviamo questa pizzeria un pò per caso , cercando tra le recensioni; location divisa tra pizza da asporto e sala piccola ma ben curata; non abbiamo prenotato ed è sabato, siamo i primi però e il proprietario il Sig. Carlo molto gentilmente viene incontro alle nostre esigenze; la bontà delle pizze è testimoniata dalla fila di persone in attesa di quelle da asporto; pizza al piatto cotta in forno a legna, ma anche focaccia, fritti e vari salati; prendiamo antipasti della casa e pizza al giro, tutto ottimo. consigliato!
14/12/2024: Un locale trovato per caso, mi ha rovinato la serataa, un insetto nell'impasto, arroganza e maleducazione, nonostante tutto conto pagato senza mangiare niente.

19/04/2025: Ho prenotato per 13 persone , arriviamo sul posto troviamo 12 sedie, lo faccio notare al titolare che sembrava passato di lì per caso e lo Faccio notare, al che lui mi chiede se può unire alla tavolata " un piccolo tavolo traballante" parole sue....
Accettiamo lo stesso, dopo mezz'ora di attesa alle 21:00 arriva la cameriera per le ordinazioni che tra il serio e il faceto ci dice che hanno una sola varietà di birra, il crudo era finito, il forno aveva problemi di pressione??
Ci consiglia mozzarelline di bufala rancide , tre per piatto a 9 euro cadauno, 4 taglieri composti da affettato da discount, e 5 cestini mignon dal costo di sei euro l'uno, sei pizze per metà bruciatissime, e 12 birre per la " modica cifra," di 370 euro......l'ultima pizza ci è stata servita a mezzanotte.
La vecchia gestione era un'altra cosa, non lo consiglierei a nessuno!
04/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena con due amici, locale molto carino e tenuto bene. Abbiamo ordinato due piatti assortiti di grigliata mista con bombette salsiccia e altro ma ci è arrivato tutto tranne questo (ci sono stati serviti dei wrustel). Pizze abbastanza buone ma alcuni ingredienti non sono stati inseriti come erano descritti da menù (gli straccetti di carne sono diventati salsiccia sulla pizza).
Cameriere allo sbaraglio, impreparate, mai presenti in sala e con tavoli ancora non sparecchiati dopo più di un'ora.
Tutto da rivedere, in bocco a lupo, a mai più!

17/05/2025: Ordinato due pizze e una focaccia pizze asciutte impasto duro condimento non all'altezza,non parliamo della focaccia scartata ed ecco la sorpresa praticamente tutta bruciata e oliosa.

11/01/2025: Le pizze sono piccolissime,quasi in formato focaccine; ma i prezzi lievitano .E' davvero brutto mangiare una pizza e avere ancora fame.La pazienza ormai è colma.Davvero a mai più.
